Roompot Vakanties is affiliated with two networks, TradeTracker and TradeDoubler. These networks register new customers and sales and handle the ensuing payments, meaning you are guaranteed payment and that registration is in the hands of an independent party.

About TradeTracker and TradeDoubler

TradeTracker and TradeDoubler enable you to generate income from your website by promoting your product or service through the advertising agencies affiliated with these networks. The advertisers will then make promotional materials available to you (banners, text links, advertorials, etc.) that you can use as an affiliate on your website(s) and publish in your newsletters. You can become an affiliate if you are the owner of a website and are interested in generating income from your visitors. Participation in the programme is entirely free of charge.

How does it work?

Our partner programme enables our affiliates to easily promote any and all of our accommodations through their websites. With our extensive selection of holiday accommodations, you'll always be able to present your visitors a new and unique offering. We take care of all the administrative aspects such as processing, sending and invoicing reservations, and our customer service department will be happy to respond to any questions or comments your customers may have during the booking process. The only thing you need to do is create a link between your site and ours and take receipt of your commission.

Details of the partner programme

There are various options for participation in the Roompot Vakanties partner programme:

• Banners in various standard sizes for publication on your website that refer to roompotparken.nl
• Deep links and/or text links that refer to specific pages on roompot.nl

Advertising copy is automatically updated on your site through the TradeTracker and TradeDoubler networks. That way, you're assured your business benefits from guaranteed access to the most recent offers and latest promotional materials.

Commission

When your visitors conclude a sale on our roompot.com website, you will receive a commission from us. This commission is always a fixed percentage of the accommodation fee for the reservation made. The rental fee covers the accommodation costs less reservation fees, the included extras and taxes. The size of this percentage depends on the segment in which your campaign operates, which depends, in turn, on the type of campaign and the number of sales and can vary from between 3% and 8%.

Use of logo and brand name

Roompot Vakanties has an extensive and up-to-date collection of text links and banner material on offer. We can make this available to you through the affiliate networks. It is therefore not permitted for you to use any materials that feature the logo or brand name of Roompot Vakanties other than those provided by us. Neither are you permitted to advertise on the Roompot brand names or park names, or any misspellings thereof. Read our SEA policy for the list of terms on which you are not permitted to advertise.
