Pets
You can bring a maximum of 2 pets per holiday home. There is an extra charge per night.
Within the European Union, certain rules apply when travelling with pets. Every pet must have a European pet passport, and a valid rabies vaccination. This vaccination must be administered at least 21 days before departure. The pet must also be identifiable via a chip or tattoo. In public locations, you may be asked to muzzle your dog. So be sure to always have a muzzle with you. More information can be found on the website of the Italian Ministry of Health (in Italian). Please also take into account the rules of countries you travel through on your way to your final destination. For certain dog breeds, additional rules apply in some countries.
Arrivals, admission & check-in

On the day of arrival, check-in is possible between 16:00 and 23:00. If you expect to arrive later, please contact reception on telephone number +39 040 299264. Will you be arriving before 16:00? You can use the facilities at the park already.
Access to your holiday home
You will receive information about your holiday accommodation at reception. You can also pick up the key here.
Departure & administrative handling
Leaving your holiday accommodation neat and tidy
Off course, the holiday accommodation will be left neat and tidy. Don't feel like cleaning yourself? Then book a final cleaning.
Please hand in your key
Make sure you have left your holiday home by 09:00. The key can be handed in at reception.
