Family campsite on the Spanish coast
Camping Sènia Internacional de Calonge lies within walking distance of the beach. The walkway will take you to the sandy beach in 5 minutes. The campgrounds have 2 swimming pools and a splash pool for the little ones. After swimming, the kids can romp around on one of the playgrounds with slides and swings, play table tennis or a game of football on the pitch. End the day with a sumptuous dinner or pick up some goodies from the grill at the Happy Camper. In the evenings, enjoy a drink and have another dance at the mini disco. You don't need to leave the campgrounds for shopping, there's a supermarket with both national and international products. You have great views over the bay of Palamos from the terraces on the hillside. That's bound to generate that holiday feeling!
The most beautiful places on the Costa Brava
Platja D'aro is just a 5-minute drive away. This is one of the Costa Brava's most visited cities. With a 2-kilometre-long sandy beach, a promenade and several excursions, you won't easily get bored. Do the kids love water and slides? Then a visit to Aquadiver water park is a must. The well-known town of Girona is a mere 38-kilometre drive away. History is well-preserved here, with the Jewish quarter, winding streets and colourful houses along the rivers. Stroll along the old city wall and enjoy the views of the city and the hills alike.
