Parking

Guests of Résidence Wijngaerde can park their car in the car park in the space marked with the number of their apartment. It is not permitted to park your car in a space other than the one corresponding to your apartment number.

Guests of Résidence Wijngaerde can park free of charge at the De Parel subtropical swimming paradise, located at Babelweg 2, 4357 BT in Domburg.

Amounts due

Should you have any outstanding balance, please transfer this amount to us immediately. If you have already transferred the outstanding balance to us or are going to do so immediately, you must be able to present a valid proof of payment (e.g. a bank statement) upon arrival at the Service point. Without this proof of payment, you must pay the outstanding mail amounts at the Hof Domburg Service point at Schelpweg 7, 4357 RD in Domburg.

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.

Visitors

Family and friends are welcome. Overnight visitors must first report to the Service point at Hof Domburg holiday park.

Guests of the Résidence Wijngaerde can use the facilities of Hof Domburg holiday park and participate in the activities at this park.

Access to subtropical swimming paradise

All Résidence Wijngaerde guests have free access to the subtropical swimming paradise De Parel at Hof Domburg holiday park at Babelweg 2, 4357 BT in Domburg. You can pick up your tickets with a voucher at the entrance to De Parel during opening hours. This voucher will be ready in your holiday accommodation. It is valid during your stay and is only issued once. Your entrance tickets are valid again 4 hours after entrance. On presentation of the voucher, you will receive a free exit ticket for the parking area at De Parel.

Arrival

A few days before arrival, you will receive an e-mail with your personal PIN code. Using this PIN code, you can open the door to your holiday accommodation from 16:00 on the day of arrival. At this park, you can also use the digital key in the Roompot app. If you haven't received a code, you can report to the Service point at Hof Domburg (Schelpweg 7, 4357 RD in Domburg). If you arrive after the Service point's closing time, you can pop in at Leisure Centre De Parel's service point (2 Babelweg, 4357 BT in Domburg) on Monday until 22:00, and on Friday until 23:00.

If you have booked an early check-in, you can open the door of your holiday accommodation using your PIN code from 12:00 am.

A stay at Résidence Wijngaerde includes a service package. This package consists of cleaning of your holiday accommodation, bed linen and beds made on arrival.

Wi-Fi Code

You will find the Wi-Fi log-in code at the back of the television.

Departure

We kindly request that you vacate your apartment before 10 a.m. on the date of departure. Please empty the dishwasher and dispose of your rubbish. Please leave the swimming pool tickets in the mailbox in front of the apartment complex.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
