General

Parking

You can park your car near the reception. In addition, you can usually park one car at your holiday home. If not, then there is a parking space near your accommodation. We kindly ask you to use your car as little as possible on the park itself and to reduce your speed. 

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products and cleaning instructions. If necessary, additional different instructions will be posted prominently in your accommodation.

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the park reception if they plan to spend the night.

Wi-Fi

The use of Wi-Fi is free of charge at the resort. More information is available at the reception. 

Arrival

You are welcome at our park from 3 p.m. onwards. You may check in until 5 p.m. If you arrive on another day or after closing time of the park reception, please contact the park reception on tel.: 0031 (0)88 070 80 90.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.

After you check out, the cleaning service will inspect your holiday accommodation for cleanliness, any inventory irregularities and damage. In connection with this ‘final inspection’, we are obliged to charge you a deposit of € 65 for each accommodation reserved. This amount will be refunded to your account during the second week following your departure provided the accommodation was left in the condition stipulated in our terms, and provided we have your bank/giro account number in our system. If the housekeeping staff is required to perform any cleaning or maintenance (part of) your deposit will not be refunded. You will be informed in writing.

For each holiday home mandatory additional costs apply. The additional costs vary per holiday home and can be found in the pop-up displayed with every price. No rights may be derived from these prices.
