Arriving at the park
Clients can normally get into their accommodation at 5 pm. You can arrive at the park untill 6 pm, in July and August untill 7 pm.
If you will be arriving after this time please advise either when making the booking, or contacting reception: Tel. 0033-558 09 74 79.
On arrival you will be required to pay € 300 equipment damage waiver, which will be returned to you if there is nothing broken or damaged in your accommodation. Besides, you will be required to pay € 130 cleaning deposit, which will be returned to you if your holiday home has been left in a clean and tidy condition. Credit card details are preferred, if you do not posess a credit card, bankcards are accepted.
Check out procedure
Clients need to leave their accommodation on departure day at 9 am. A member of the Siblu team will come around and check the accommodation prior to your departure. If your accommodation has been left in a clean and tidy condition and there is nothing broken or damaged in the accommodation, your credit card details will be destroyed or the cash amount will be returned to you. (A part of) the deposits could be deducted if this is not the case.
If you are departing early in the morning, your deposit will be returned to you within 28 days.
