Upon your arrival you will pay tourist tax and a deposit of € 300 for your holiday. You will receive the full refund if nothing is broken or damaged. In addition, you pay a cleaning deposit of 130 €. If your accommodation is clean upon departure, you will receive the full deposit back. Paying with credit card is a preference, but you can pay any way you like (exept for cash).
Arriving at the park
Clients can normally get into their accommodation at 5 pm. You can arrive at the park untill 6 pm, in July and August untill 7 pm.
If you will be arriving after this time please advise either when making the booking, or contacting reception: Tel. 0033 546 22 50 96.
On arrival you will be required to pay the € 300.00 equipment damage waiver, which will be returned to you if there is nothing broken or damaged in your accommodation. Besides, you will be required to pay € 130.00 cleaning deposit, which will be returned to you if your holiday home has been left in a clean and tidy condition. Credit card details are preferred, if you do not posess a credit card, bankcards are accepted.
Check out procedure
Clients need to leave their accommodation on departure day at 09 am. A member of the Siblu team will come around and check the accommodation prior to your departure. If your accommodation has been left in a clean and tidy condition and there is nothing broken or damaged in the accommodation, your credit card details will be destroyed or the cash amount will be returned to you. (A part of) the deposits could be deducted if this is not the case.
If you are departing early in the morning, your deposit will be returned to you within 28 days.
