General

• Bed linen hire is mandatory. If your reservation includes a children’s bed/cot, this will not include bed linen. Please bring this yourself. You may bring towels and tea towels with you or hire them at the reception. The towel package contains a bath towel and a hand towel. The kitchen linen comprises one tea towel and one hand towel.
• Overnight visitors must report to the reception to pay the park charges and bed linen.

Deposit

Upon arrival, reception may ask you to pay a deposit for your stay based on the group composition. The deposit is between €50 and €500 per stay.

Arrival

You can pick up the key to the bungalow at 4pm at the clubhouse, which is located at Koaidijk 2B. Should your bungalow be available earlier, you can pick up the key before 4pm. Outside the high season and school holidays, there is not always someone from guest services on duty. If there is no one on duty, you will receive information in advance by e-mail on where to pick up your key.
