Amazing location, facilities, service and people! Highly recommended!

We have returned from the UK this is our second holiday, as always the park and accommodation is amazing, however the cleanliness on arrival wasn’t to standard, despite this being the beginning of the season it was not clean. I dropped something behind the bed and pulled it out to get it, it was filthy, this was reflected under the sofas aswell. When we opened the sliding doors all behind the curtains was dirty and made us feel like the accommodation had not had a deep clean for a long time. Our previous year had been very different. I would also like to the see the bar/restaurant open later, we came with nearly 30 of us and we would have happily spent our evenings having a relaxing drink. However as always the site is a safe environment and we love this site and others who stayed on a different site would like to join us on our site next year. Hoping to see you again Zoe

Hi, we wonen in Thailand, we komen al jaren op voor familiebezoek naar het Wolfsven, soms met tweeen, soms kom ik alleen. De laatste jaren had ik de Lodge 4 personen. Dit jaar waren er de nieuwe Tiny houses, een stuk aantrekkelijker geprijsd voor ons natuurlijk. De Tiny Houses zijn prachtig, alleen mis ik een bankje om liggend tv te kijken. Er is niet veel ruimte, een oplossing zou kunnen zijn een klein tv tje op de slaapkamer.

We have been several times and really enjoyed our holidays especially the swimming and cycling. Suffered with mosquitos when we came in Summer, needed a mesh screen so we could open a window, we were in the green bungalows. Was hot but couldn’t have doors or windows open. Maybe consider a loyalty card for frequent visitors of lodges? We would come more often. Holiday Club entertainment all in Dutch, could they use English occasionally esp when they have English holiday makers there.

I really enjoyed my stay in one of your new cottages. Huge improvement compared to the old chalets which are dirty and smell terrible. I like the idea that you include the final cleaning in the rental price so that I can look forward to many more visits in a well maintained cottage.

Calm, clean, close to Eindhoven, good service.

We loved the park! It is a beautiful park and the holliday house was fantastic. the pool is nice and the place is dog friendly. However they could invest in non plastic kitchen tools such as spatchlers e.d. that is a real shame.

Amazing green space, loads of room and peace and quiet.

The cleaning of the home was NOT good at all, especially the extractor in the kitchen was extremely dirty, also dust on the floor and dirty kitchen furniture. The stove is quite complicated, same as the oven, some simple guidelines in a short manual would make sense. This is a pity, as the house is beautiful and should be maintained clean. The shop is too expensive, it makes more sense to buy just 1 or 2 products in the closest supermarket. When prices were a lot better, sales would be much higher and the whole thing would make more sense for everybody. Regarding the survey, I think it is not a very good one, just being able to choose one answer on each question, when many times multiple answers are applicable. We had a great time anyway, but I think there is quite some room for improvement.

Our second year here , everything we needed, the beach , lake , swimming pool ,location. Lovely wooded area . Terrific value for money . A great family holiday ages from 5 years to 72 in our group.

Our 2nd time coming to this park. As fantastic as our first visit. We booked direct with Roompot this time and everything was easy from booking to having the key cards sent to us before arrival. The kids love the lake so much as do we as parents. It’s a safe environment for all 3 of the kids. We will return again next year for sure!

We had a lovely holiday and thought the site was very good. However the accommodation (no. 87) needed a really good clean( I have photos if you would like to see them?). It was superficially clean but dirty in many places. Also we were unable to hire bikes until day 5 of our holiday as there were not any bikes available for my 11 yr old daughter and it wasn’t possible to reserve one. The extras offered to me before I arrived only offered me to reserve bikes at €44 and did not say how long they hire period was for or whether the bikes were for adults of children etc.

again failure of car barrier to enter the park at our first arrival from abroad (now happened 3 years in a row) and I was sent the wrong key cards so we could only enter te Park and cabin using the key code sent by normal mail. Unfortunately the cabin keypad would unlock after several tries each day of our 3weeks of Holiday. There is no money changing machine for the laundrette. It costs 5x1euro coins.
