Parking

You can park your vehicle at the parking place near your accommodation. For accommodation types KVR4A, KVR4B, KVR5 en KVR6A there is place for one vehicle, for types KVR6B, KVR6C, KVR6KB, KVR6KC, KVR8 and GB11 there is place for two vehicles and for type GB16 there is place for 3 vehicles.

EV charging station

There are 2 charging station for electric cars on Klein Vink Here, up to 4 vehicles can be charged simultaneously. You will find the poles in the parking area before the boom gate, on the right. There is 1 charging station available on the parking area at Parkhotel Bad Arcen. Here, 2 Vehicles can be charged simultaneously. Please move your car as soon as the battery is completely charged. Need help? Scan the QR code on the pole for instructions. You will need a charging card in order to use the charging station. Charging cards are not available at the park.

Some holiday homes have a private charging point. You can book these homes as a preference. You will also need your own charging card at these charging points.

Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (bank statement, accept giro form with the bank’s stamp). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

Service set

We have provided a service set in your bungalow for your convenience. 

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We ask that your visitors report to the Service point first if they intend to spend the night.

Arrival

You are welcome at our park from 4 p.m. onwards. You may check in on Monday until 6 p.m. and Friday until 8 p.m. After this time you may check in at the desk of Thermaalbad Arcen till 11. p.m. Will you be arriving after the Service point has closed? Please notify the Service point, tel.: +31 (0)77 – 4732525.

Have you booked a special package deal?

You will receive all of the necessary information about your special package at the Service point on the day you arrive. If your special package deal starts as soon as you arrive, be sure to be here before 6 p.m. in connection with restaurant opening times.

Use your Keycard to open the gate. You are automatically checked in as soon as the gate opens.

Keycard

The Keycard is strictly non-transferable and to be used for:

  • access to the park
  • access to your holiday accommodation
  • proof of ID at the park

The Keycard is not a credit card, and it is non-transferable.

Attention:

Do not keep the Keycard in the sun, on the dashboard of your car, near loudspeakers, magnets or mobile telephones.

Bungalow visitors are welcome to park their vehicle in the designated spaces by their bungalow. The bungalows KVR4A, KVR4B, KVR5 and KVR6A have one assigned parking space, the bungalows KVR6B, KVR6C, KVR6KB, KVR6KC, KVR8 and GB11 have two assigned parking spaces and bungalow GB16 has three assigned parking spaces.

We regularly encounter guests who have lost their Keycard or left it in their accommodation. We understand that this can happen accidentally and are happy to solve this problem. Regretfully, this often results in additional expenses on our side. If this happens in the evening, staff from surveillance and Service point will have to be called away from their homes (or other locations) to open doors. Under certain circumstances we will have to start applying a fee for this service. We will retain a fee of € 12.50 to be deducted from your deposit. This fee applies only if:

  • Notification of your missing Keycard is made after 18:00
  • A staff member has to come to the park especially to open the door to your accommodation.

Of course, we will not have to charge a fee if there is already a surveillance or Service point staff member present at the park. If your Keycard is defective we will be happy to help you at no extra cost.

Swimming pool access

On presentation of your Keycard you have free access to the Klein Vink swimming pool.

Thermaalbad Arcen

Thermaalbad Arcen, which is located on the park grounds, takes its name from the baths filled with 35°C thermal mineral water that bubbles up from a spring some 892 metres deep in the ground. The thermal water contains minerals such as fluoride, iodide, iron and more. Thanks to its unique properties, the water has a therapeutic effect. The pleasant warmth causes the tension to flow out of your body as soon as you enter the water. It is a wonderful sensation in summer and winter alike, not only in the indoor part of the baths but especially in the outdoor pools. For more information, visit www.thermaalbad.nl

Guests of Résidence Klein Vink have daily 2,5 hours free access to Thermaalbad Arcen.

Departure

We kindly ask that you vacate your camp site by 11 a.m. and check-out of your holiday accommodation before 10 a.m. You do not need to turn in your Keycard!

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65/€ 115 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
