All prices include reservation costs

At Roompot we work with a calculation example. This example is based on the chosen accommodation, a certain number of persons and the chosen dates. In the pop-up you will see the total price if you come with a certain number of people, including all compulsory costs. The booking fee is always included in the total price. For a number of accommodations, other costs are also included in the total price. These include tourist tax, final cleaning or bed linen. In the pop-up which is shown with each price, you can see exactly which costs are included and which costs are excluded.

Paying in instalments for free

You can always choose to pay in instalments free of charge. This works as follows:

• The number of instalments equals the number of months until your holiday
• You make the first payment within 14 days
• The total amount must be paid 8 weeks before your stay

This means you never have to pay the whole sum at once if you do not want to.

Rebooking free of charge

As an extra service, you can rebook your holiday free of charge. This means that you can switch parks and pick another type of house or vacation period, up to 28 days before arrival. Keep in mind that a vacation in a different period or at a different destination can cost a little bit extra. If this is the case, only the difference is charged.
