Can I have a delivery made at the park where I am staying?
Packages can be delivered (and picked up) at the reception during opening hours. Please always inform the reception in advance.
Deliveries of groceries and takeaways are not allowed on the park. Some of our parks have their own delivery service. You may of course make use of this.

Sure, just press the intercom at the boom-gate. If the boom-gate does not have an intercom, press the button or call the phone number listed on the sticker. Give your name and the number of your holiday home, and the reception will open the boom-gate for you.

At most parks, you can enter the park from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Outside these hours, we observe quiet hours. Some parks are car-free; here, you can only enter the park by car on arrival and departure days to load and unload your belongings.

Yes, you can pay with Visa or Mastercard at all Roompot parks.

No, camper vans are only permitted in specially designated places across the park. In the campsite description, you can always read for which camping equipment the campsite is suitable for.
There are special campervan parking spaces at Marinapark Volendam and Roompot Beach Resort. You can stay here overnight, or just stay during the day (for a fee). Reservations of this site is not possible.

In many cases, you will find the telephone number of the nearest general practitioner, vet, dentist and hospital in the app under Important telephone numbers. Select the correct park in the app and click on Contact reception to find the telephone numbers.

Yes, you may be picked up or dropped off at your holiday home by a taxi or other transport on changeover days. Of course, this can only be done if the holiday home is accessible by car. If you are disabled or have difficulty walking, you may also be dropped off or picked up from your holiday home on days other than on changeover days. The (taxi) driver can pass on your name and holiday home to the reception at the boom gate. They will then open the boom gate.

What are the pool opening hours?

The current opening hours of the swimming pool can often be found in the app. If no opening hours are listed, please check with reception.

Of course, you are very welcome. Some facilities are subject to a charge. Guests staying overnight at the park always have priority during busy periods. For more information, please contact reception. You can find the contact details for each park on the Park Info page.

This varies per location.

Thermaalbad Arcen has swimwear days in the saunas every Wednesday, Friday and every first weekend of the month. Swimwear is always compulsory in the thermal baths at Arcen, even on non-swimwear days.

Wellness & Beauty De Parel has a swimwear day every second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and every first and third Tuesday of the month is Ladies' Day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is no special day on the fifth Tuesday of the month.

Please note: Wellness & Beauty De Parel is closed until further notice.

Some of our parks have charging stations so you can charge your electric car during your stay. You will need a charging card for this. You can see whether there are charging points at your park under Park info on your park's page.

Some parks offer boat hire. You can find the relevant information in the Roompot app or on the park's facilities page under “Rental”. If you are staying in a water-rich area but there is no boat hire at the park, the reception staff can often recommend a good rental point nearby.

You are welcome to visit some of our swimming pools even if you are not staying at a park. An overview of these swimming pools can be found at roompot.nl/thema/zwemmen/zwembaden. There you will also find more information about opening hours and rates. When it is very busy, guests staying at the park always have priority. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you call ahead first.

Some holiday accommodation has a storage room accessible from outside. In many cases, there is enough space here to store your bike. Would you like to know if this is the case for your holiday accommodation? The reception staff will be happy to help you.

At Zeebad, guests have free use of a lockable bike shed. This is in a central location on the park. There is room for a maximum of 4 bicycles per storage area and there are 2 sockets to charge your electric bicycle.

Parkhotel Bad Arcen has an enclosed, covered bicycle shed. As a hotel guest, you can use this free of charge.

Park restaurant reservations can be made either in the restaurant itself or at the Service point. Contact details of a park can be found on the respective park page under 'Park information'. Or, make your reservation online in our app. Not all parks are in our app.

Some holiday homes have their own washing machine. You can see whether your holiday home has a washing machine under All features on the page of your holiday home. Some of our parks have a laundrette. You can see whether this is the case for your park on the Park info page of your park.
The costs can be found in our app under Facilities. Some parks require special laundry tokens. If this is the case, it will also be mentioned in the app.

Prices
Bicycle rental prices and the range of bicycles available vary per park. Unisex city bikes and children's bikes are available everywhere. Some parks also rent electric bikes, e-choppers, fun bikes and/or trailer bikes. The range and rates per park can be found in our app. Not all parks are listed in the app.

Reservations
To ensure that a bike is available when you need it, it is best to reserve in advance. You can do this at the bike rental desk and at the reception desk at the park, and in some cases also online via My bookings.
Is bike rental not listed? Please contact the reception desk. They will be happy to help you with your reservation. You can find the contact details of a park on the park page under Park info.
