General
- It is mandatory to hire bed linen. If your reservation includes a children’s bed/cot, this will not include bed linen. Please bring this yourself. You may take hand and tea towels with you or hire them at reception. The kitchen linen comprises one tea towel and one hand towel.
- Overnight visitors must report to reception to pay the park charges and bed linen.
- Waterpark Zwartkruis cannot be held liable for lost or misplaced property, damage to property or personal injury during your stay.
- We will send you additional arrival information around two weeks before your arrival date.
- The Water villas at Waterpark Zwartkruis may only be rented for recreational purposes.
Reception is open during the following hours:
Monday and Friday: 09.00 a.m. — 05.00 p.m.
Deposit
You will have to pay a deposit of €300,-. You have to pay this at arrival.
Reservations for groups or gatherings of persons under the age of 21 are not accepted. Organising parties, student parties, hen/stag events, or drinks parties in or around the water villas is not allowed. The Management of this park may charge an additional deposit of €750.
Arrival
You can enter your accommodation on the day of arrival from 3.00 p.m. onward. If you are unable to arrive before 5.00 p.m. on the day of arrival, please contact reception, telephone number 0031 — (0)511 472 197.
