The house is really convenient for groups of 8-10 people, the kitchen, living room and bedrooms are big enough and the furniture is of good quality. The fridge could be bigger. But there are missing possibilities to hang your jackets and towels. Another row of hooks in the entrance hall would be nice. In the bathroom you could also fix more hooks for the towels, you cannot hang 6-8 towels on the radiator, and there are no hooks in the bedrooms where you could hang them. In the kitchen there should be a lamp over the sink and the work surface around it. The lamp over the table does not provide enough light to work in the kitchen. Nor does the light of the exhaust hood.

Although we overall had a good experience, here are few further remarks and suggestions: The water in the baby/kids pool was too cold The opening hours of the swimming pool and the kids play area could be extended by at least another hour. Why close a retaurant at 8? The cleaning of the house should be better: there were cobwebs and spiders in nearly every corner, above the fridge was dusty as hell and no one had vacumed under the beds in a t least a few weeks. Furthermore, the downstairs bathroom smelled terribly and no amount of airing it oit helped. The air vents in the showers and in the toilets were moldy/dusty and should also be cleaned. On the topic of maintenance: the lights in the house were not bright enough; the amount of times we would enter a room and feel the need to turn on the light, just to notice they were already was rediculous. And why is there no light in the entrance area right next to where the coats go? The outside light was also not working, so the short walk to the main path was pitchblack and an adventure. In the kitchen a board under the fridge area was taken out for a new dishwasher and simply left behind the couch. The now newly opened space under the kitchen appliances was a bit of a safety hazard fornour toddler. Overall, there were a few areas of the lark where lighting was not great that could have benefitted from some extra lights, especially the path coming back from the swimming pool, and all the little paths from the houses to the main path. The selection of food at the restaurant for lunch was not too great either, especially for (little) kids. And the staff around lunch time was not very welcoming and we felt more of a bother being there than welcome guests to a restaurant. ( the evening staff on the other hand was very friendly)

Die Reinigung der Sanitäranlagen war bemühten noch halbwegs ok, wahrscheinlich wird sich das bei einer stärkeren Belegung ändern. Ohne privates Sanitär würde ich den Platz mit meinem Wohnmobil nicht mehr buchen. Wenn 5 T lang ein großer Haufen Hundekot im Zugang zum Waschhaus liegt, dann sagt das schon einigermaßen. Auch auf den Stellplätzen konnte man Hundehaufen feststellen. Das bedarf dringend einer Änderung

Er zouden wat renovatie mogen gebeuren aan tropisch zwembad. Het restaurant wat updaten en avondopening uitbreiden. Autoverkeer beperkend tot hoogst noodzakelijke. Wel aangename dagen beleefd met kleinzoon. Bedankt

Die Santäranlagen sind sauber- aber alt,-- könnten mal erneuert werden ! Der Supermarkt ist o.k- doch 8.00 Uhr - ist 8.00 Uhr und nicht 8.03- 8.05 Uhr- finde es nicht gut das schon 20 Leute an der Tür warten müssen- könnte auch pünktlich aufmachen-

Zustellung der Keycard war sehr schlecht und ist verbesserungswürdig! Das Schreiben von Ihnen mit der Keycard ist vom 08.04.2024. Am Freitag, den 12.04.24 habe ich mich bei einer Mitarbeiterin telefonisch danach erkundigt. Mir wurde gesagt, dass der Brief schon bei der NL-Post aufgegeben wurde. Da diese jedoch nicht so schnell arbeiten würde, könnte es jedoch noch etwas mit der Zustellung dauern. Da die Deutsch Post ebenfalls nicht mehr so schnell zustellt, fuhren wir letztendlich am 19,04,24 nach Domburg, ohne das die Keycard bei uns angekommen war. Da NL- und Deutsche Post nicht mehr so schnell zustellen, wäre es meiner Ansicht nach nicht schlecht, wenn Sie die Keycard mindestens 1 Woche früher bei der Post aufgegeben würden. Die Keycard ist bei uns nach Angaben der Nachbarn am 22./23.04.24 angekommen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt befanden wir aber schon lange in Domburg. Für uns fängt der Urlaub mit der Ankunft am Zielort in Domburg an. Dort haben wir es schätzen gelernt, wie man mit der Keycard bis zur Unterkunft durchfahren kann, ohne vorher die Rezeption aufsuchen zu müssen. Dieses hat uns diesmal gefehlt. PS: An der Rezeption wurde uns aber sehr schnell geholfen, ohne große Wartezeit, Mit freundlichen Grüßen: Ulrich Peerenboom
