Beyond beautiful location

Short stay - great location and parc Schoon en fijn huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles erg netjes en doet nieuw aan. Gemak van boeken en huren. Park ligt erg mooi en de huisjes zijn erg mooi geplaatst in het park. Kortom fijne midweek doorgebracht met vier personen.

First time to Roompot! As a regular Centerparcs-goer, I wasnt sure what to expect from Roompot - however the price on offer during the summer months was extremely reasonable, so we thought we would try it. We are definitely converted and will come back again - Roompot Gulpen was extremely clean, the staff were friendly, the choices of accommodation were unique and nice. The park was extremely dog friendly. The welcome drink, local produce gift on exit and cookies for the dogs were very unexpected but hugely appreciated. The live music was also a great addition, but the food and service in the restaurant the entire stay was great.

3 nights stay...Wonderful location We stayed in roompot for 3 nights.. What we liked are 1. The atmosphere and the location is very peaceful and unique 2. The kids area offerings are very good to engage kids 3. The parking spots at each accommodation are convenient 4. The supermarket is handy for essential things. 5. The homes have very good interior and furniture. What we didnt like 1. Some of the basic essentials like handwash in bathroom, kitchen tissues in the kitchen are missing. We had to go to super market to get the Handwash eventually . Since this is related to hygiene, kindly put handwash in all the toilets. 2. The attitude of the staff at restaurant is not good. We had coffee with group of families with kids one evening. The kids were taking a look at something placed on the table. The staff told us saying they are expensive and dont touch them in a sarcastictl tone...This is unacceptable behavior!!..The kids were only checking what the item is out of curiosity in a gentle manner. 3. The food in the restaurant seems to have lot of salt and doesnt seemed fresh. The quality and taste of the food needs improvement in our opinion. 4. We had dinner with a group of friends at the restaurant. The attitude of the waiters is again not pleasant. When we got a bill for a drink that was not served, we asked to remove it from the bill. The staff was insisting that they served us by saying there was empty bottle in their shelf. This is strange explanation..When the customer says they didnt get the food/drink and raise a concern about the bill, it is the minimum etiquette to deduct the item for the bill without giving weird explanation. The staff can ofcourse clarify with waiter if they really served or not but not give explanation like they found empty bottle etc.

Weekend stay at Roompot Gulpen Good location and facilities, clean house and easy check-in/out. Fully equipped and good value for money. Recommended.

De volgende dag toen de zon scheen zagen wij veel honden haren op de vloer en honden kwijl op de ramen. Was niet heel hygiënisch!

Mooi en gezellig park! Prachtige omgeving, mooie en schone huisjes. Goed/ gezellig restaurant aanwezig. Leuke ontvangst met prosecco bij inchecken. Vriendelijk personeel.

We hebben dit keer ook gebruik gemaakt van het parkrestaurant: geweldige plek, prima service en goed eten. Natuurlijk hebben we opnieuw heerlijk gefietst en gewandeld in de prachtige omgeving die daartoe voortdurend uitnodigd!

Ons favoriete plekje in NL We hadden deze keer een ander type huisje geboekt op aanraden van familie. De Hiilltop zou een fantastisch uitzicht hebben. Helaas hadden wij het huisje met het slechte, dan wel geen, uitzicht. Het lag achterin, in een hoek, weinig tot geen zon, en we keken tegen het huisje aan wat voor die van ons stond. Erg teleurstellend.

Park met rust! Aanrader! Zeer aangenaam en gezellig park. Lekker restaurant en winkeltje waar je terecht kan voor boodschappen. Zeer mooie omgeving om te wandelen of te fietsen. Misschien een tip: miniclub ook tijdens het weekend? Zeker een aanrader! Wij komen terug!

3 Tage Kurzurlaub Die Nähe zu Köln und die Ausstattung der Bungalows sind ideal um sich eben ein paar Tage Auszeit zu gönnen. Maastricht mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Der Park lädt aber auch zum verweilen ein.

Heerlijk verblijf Prachtige omgeving, mooi modern huisje, heel vriendelijk personeel , hond vriendelijk park en een fijn restaurant. Heel attent dat de gast hondenbrokjes krijg bij aankomst en bij vertrek een potje perenstroop!

Midweekje Gulpen Prachtige omgeving en heerlijk kunnen wandelen met de hond.

Séjour à Roompot Gulpen Le site est très calme, le logement très propre et original dans la présentation des pièces. Je recommande Roompot pour un séjours au calme et dans un environnement verdoyant

Prachtig uitzicht Iedereen was erg vriendelijk, en de hillside comfort 4 accomodatie heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving waarbij je de huisjes voor je niet bewust ziet, i.v.m. de begroeide daken. Erg leuk!

Voor herhaling vatbaar. Keurig en netjes huisje, faciliteiten prima. Ontvangen leuk.

Aangenaam verblijf in Gulpen De klantvriendelijkheid was boven verwachting. Ook de accommodatie en het groene park hebben ons aangenaam verrast.

Trailrun uitje Enorm vriendelijke en persoonlijke medewerkers, bij ontvangst veel aandacht!

Huisje Timber lodge Huisje heeft een prettige sfeer en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Aan het huisje mankeert niets. Service van de medewerkers bij de receptie ook heel goed. Mensen zijn heel vriendelijk. Enige nadeel van het park is het parkeren. In het weekend heb ik 3 keer het park moeten rondrijden om ergens een plekje te kunnen krijgen. Het zou een verbetering zijn als op de parkeerplaats een plaats gekoppeld wordt aan het huisje met een nummer. Verder tevreden en kom zeker nog een keer terug om te kunnen genieten van de prachtige omgeving.

Prachtig groen park, in mooi omgeving. Huis met dakterras was top! Het weer was fantastisch, dat maakt deze locatie in de bossen prachtig. Het huisje had voldoende zon evengoed dus we hebben veel buiten doorgebracht.

het park is prachtig opgezet en ligt op een fantastische locatie. Ons huisje had een geweldig uitzicht over het dal. Het huisje zelf was keurig, leuk ingericht en brandschoon.
