The swimming pools at our parks in the Netherlands are open. All guests over the age of 18 must show a corona admission ticket before going swimming. In order to guarantee a distance of 1.5 metres in the swimming pools, a swimming session must be reserved in advance. This can be done via the Roompot website and app. Swimming lessons are also possible, without audience. Parents may help their child to change clothes, but must wear a mouth mask. Wellness treatments are open. Saunas and steam baths remain closed for the time being.
Swimming pools in Germany are open. The swimming pool at Ferienpark Cochem and Kronenburger See are still closed. Guests can still use the municipal outdoor pool in Cochem though. The swimming pool at BadePark Bentheim is also open. For BadePark Bentheim you need a vaccination, recovery or test certificate of a maximum of 24 hours old. Can I still go on holiday despite the coronavirus (COVID-19)?
Yes. In the Netherlands, there is no longer a limit on the size of groups.

In Ferienresort Cochem, a maximum of 10 people are allowed to share a holiday home. Guests up to the age of 14 do not count.
At Bad Bentheim, a maximum of 10 people are allowed to share a holiday home. Guests up to the age of 14 do not count.
At HANSA-PARK, a maximum of 10 people are allowed to share a holiday home. Guests up to the age of 14 do not count.
At Hafendorf Rheinsberg, a maximum of 10 people are allowed to share a holiday home. Guests up to the age of 14 do not count.
At Résidence Winterberg, Eifelpark Kronenburger See and Bergresort Winterberg, a maximum of 10 people are allowed to share a holiday home. Guests up to the age of 14 do not count.
At Ferienpark Hambachtal, a maximum of 10 people are allowed to share a holiday home. Guests up to the age of 14 do not count.
If your travel group does not meet these requirements, you can rebook your stay at another park or for a later date. Please contact the Guest Service to rebook your stay.

What is the rebooking guarantee?
The rebooking guarantee allows you to change your booking for free up to 28 days before your arrival date. Read all about it on the special rebooking guarantee page.
What are the costs of cancelling a booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after booking. After that, it will be subject to a charge. The cancellation fee you pay will depend on when you cancel. Normally, you'll pay the booking fee and paid preferences you may have selected while booking. You will also pay part of the rental price. This is the price of your holiday, without any additional charges and additional extras. The sooner you cancel, the smaller the portion that will be charged.
15% of the rental price if you cancel 3 months (93 days) or longer before your planned arrival date
50% of the rental price if you cancel between 3 and 2 months (between 92 and 63 days) before your planned arrival date
75% of the rental price if you cancel within 2 months and 1 month (between 62 and 32 days) before your planned arrival date
90% of the rental price if you cancel within 1 month (31 days) and the day before your planned arrival date
100% of the rental price if you cancel on the planned day of arrival, or thereafter
For each holiday home mandatory additional costs apply. The additional costs vary per holiday home and can be found in the pop-up displayed with every price. No rights may be derived from these prices.
