For an evening stroll along the shore, with a glorious sunset as your backdrop, all you have to do is step out of your accommodation - and maybe visit one of the beach pavilions on the way. In Julianadorp itself, there are several restaurants and shops ready to welcome you for dining and souvenir shopping. This region is also known for its vast flower fields, which are picture-perfect in spring. Other attractions include the Napoleonic Fort Kijkduin, the Naval Museum, and the unspoilt nature reserves nearby.

As well as taking a refreshing dip in the 'largest open-air swimming pool in The Netherlands' (the North Sea!), you can also use the indoor swimming pool at Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne for free during your stay. Dive into the water, zoom down the illuminated slide, float in the rapids, relax in the whirlpool bubbles, play in the paddling pool and have a drink at the swimmers' bar.
 Eat and drink
Whether you walk north or south from the beach, within 10-15 minutes you can reach an inviting beach pavilion for a snack and drink. On the south side is Paal 6, where you can enjoy meat and fish dishes, a children's menu and vegetarian classics in a relaxed atmosphere. Beach Pavilion Zee van Tijd on the north side offers panoramic views and an extensive menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including eight beers on tap and a tempting cocktail list. For added convenience, fresh bread rolls can be delivered to your door thanks to the park's bread service. Simply place your order a day in advance at the Service point.
 Bicycle rental
You can rent men's, women's and children's bicycles, as well as hand carts (useful for transporting groceries and luggage), from the Service point at the park. For a single day, a week, or your entire midweek/weekend. Easy, right?

The area offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and adventure, from coastal walks to exploring the nearby flower fields and nature reserves. During your stay you can use the indoor swimming pool at Beach Resort Ooghduyne for free, located 15 minutes away by bike. Rent a bicycle or hand cart at the Service point and explore Julianadorp or take surfing lessons within walking distance. For a meal, you can go to one of the beach pavilions such as Paal 6 or Zee van Tijd, both a short walk away. For a carefree start to your day, use the bread service: fill in a form to order in advance, and fresh, rolls will be delivered to your front door in the morning.

Your detached beach house, sleeping 4-6 people, is situated directly on the beach and equipped with modern conveniences such as a microwave, free Wi-Fi and has a stair gate upstairs.
