Discover Zeeland’s largest forest
Walk or cycle through the Westerschouwen Forestry Area, located on the coast of Schouwen-Duiveland. Explore the hilly dune landscape with sand drifts, valleys and dune meadows. At the edges of the forest, rich with birds, you will find a variety of flower and plant species. It is one of Zeeland’s most beautiful areas.

 Food and drink
Do you love freshly baked warm bread? In the morning and afternoon you can enjoy our breakfast and sandwich delivery service at Villapark Livingstone. Prefer to eat at your accommodation? Then stop by to pick up what you need at our takeout service or Minishop.
 Sports and games
Go fishing at our fishing pond at Landal Villapark Livingstone, where you will find various fishing options. Or take a spin on a bike, go-kart or family bike as the sun warms your face. A variety of bike models are available for rent at the park. For more active pursuits, check out the activities at Sports Centre Huis van Burgh.
 Golf
Start the day relaxing in your comfortable villa. Later in the day head to golf course Molenberg, located right across from the park. With 128 acres of farmland and forests, you can spend an active afternoon admiring the beautiful views and conquering the 18 hole course. A GVB golf licence is not mandatory. Afterwards treat yourself to a well-deserved cup of coffee or lunch at the club house restaurant.
 Hiking and cycling
Enjoy the pure, pristine nature of Zeeland. Go on a long beach walk or choose one of the many bike routes to explore the vast surrounding nature areas. Head out alone, with your significant other or with the whole family. Put on your walking shoes or strap a well-filled picnic basket to the back of your bike.
 Kids
Spend hours playing at the indoor play area De Kraayehut or on the playgrounds of Villapark Livingstone. Grab a basketball, a bowling ball, play mini golf, or try one of the other activities. For a friendly competition, head to Sports Centre Huis van Burgh (additional fee required). Looking for a fun outing? Visit the riding stables or the climbing forest at Boswachterij Westerschouwen.
 Swimming
The park doesn’t have a swimming pool, but Landal Villapark Livingstone is located only 3 km from the North Sea beach. Build sandcastles, go for a refreshing swim or take a beach walk at sunset; a day at the beach is great fun for the whole family. Prefer a swimming pool? It’s only a 15-minute drive to a Subtropical Swimming Pool Complex.

Welcome to Landal Villapark Livingstone

The head of Schouwen is renowned for its characteristic lighthouse, the Storm Surge Barrier and its beautiful beaches. You will find the comfortable, detached villas of Landal Villapark Livingstone situated in a magnificent area that is inundated with ponds. This park will be affiliated with Landal GreenParks from January 2009. Here you will be able to walk through the magnificent De Zeepeduinen nature reserve or cycle through the forestry area of Boswachterij Westerschouwen, the largest woods in Zeeland. Or you can simply get some fresh air on the kilometres of North Sea beach. The Zeeland atmosphere will make you stay all the more pleasant. And at the end of the day, you can relax in your personal sauna.
