Spectacular activities
There is plenty to do at Landal Aelderholt. From building and tinkering in the Atelier to a ride in the SkyFlyer, a roller coaster and zip line in one: fly at speeds of up to 40 km/h above the park and get the feeling that you are weightless. Suspended in a special harness, you zip along the trees, over the adventure golf course and the lake to complete the 120 metre course.

Looking for a fun evening of bowling, a nice dinner in De Brasserie or maybe you want to take a workshop? Many of our facilities are conveniently located in the same building. How handy is that?
In the heart of Drenthe
Grab your bike or put on sturdy walking shoes and explore one of the many nature trails. Hike through forests and heathlands. Or ride your bike to Hunebed Centre Borger and visit these beautiful monuments from prehistoric times.

Welcome to Landal Aelderholt
The Landal Aelderholt holiday park is located in the woodland area of south-east Drenthe. This is a great place to relax - your accommodation is in the heart of the countryside. And the children too - they can spend hours enjoying themselves in the indoor play paradise. With 1,100 kilometres of cycle paths, Drenthe is truly a province for cycling lovers. From your accommodation, dolmens, woods, moorlands, and pretty villages are all within easy reach by bicycle.
There are also some wonderful routes for hikers. You can even walk around the tree tops, on the Boomkroonpad. The Mepperdennen are just a stone's throw away, while the village of Aalden, with its traditional Saxon farms, is also close by. At the holiday park itself, you have a choice of accommodation - there are several luxury detached units in the form of a farm, and eight-person Eco bungalows. There is also a superfast slide! The slide is sixty metres long, and has a fantastic starry sky.
