The landscape around PUUR Exloo is the beating heart of De Hondsrug UNESCO Global Geopark. The ridges and valleys were already formed in the Ice Age, which makes it a unique area. Here you can walk and cycle undisturbed in peace and quiet. Admire the special dolmens or the flock of sheep in the Sheepfold, which is located in the middle of the village of Exloo.

 Food and drinks
Near the holiday park you will find hotel/restaurant/café De Hunzebergen. This is the perfect setting for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. It’s also a great place to pause during the day for a cup of coffee. In nice weather, you can sit outside on the terrace with a view of the verdant surroundings. There are also plenty of other restaurants and cafés in the region where you can gather together with friends or family for great food. Plus, with one push of a button you can order food and drinks from your villa and have it delivered to your front door! From breakfast to dinner, enjoy time together in your accommodation.
 Sports and games
Pure entertainment at Landal PUUR Exloo. Every villa has a Gamebox so that you can play an array of games together during your stay. It contains tennis rackets, balls, badminton rackets and shuttles, table tennis bats with ping pong balls and buckets and shovels for the sand pit. There is also a mini-golf course at the park, where you can have a ball together! For the little ones, there is another UkkePuk playground where they can run around and enjoy themselves to the full.
 Swimming
A carefree holiday begins in the swimming pool. Guests from Landal PUUR Exloo can make free use of the swimming pool and Wellness Centre of the adjacent Fletcher Wellness Hotel De Hunzebergen. In addition to swimming laps in the indoor pool, the little ones can enjoy themselves in the paddling pool. Lots of swimming fun!
 Kids
The various playgrounds at our park make sure that kids will never get bored. Looking for a family activity? Then play a round of bowling in the nearby hotel or book a game of mini golf at the park. Discover the Game box in the bungalow, with active games for everyone, such as table tennis bats and a beach ball.
 Hiking and cycling
Walk through the rich history of De Hondsrug nature area and enjoy its magnificent natural beauty. Drenthe also offers many excellent bike paths, perfect for a nice long bike ride. More of an adventurous cyclist? Then head to the UNESCO Global Geopark with 12 challenging MTB tracks and 8 BMX tracks. Tip: rent a bike from ‘t Fietspunt Exloo.
