When using the digital key, I keep on seeing my PIN. What is wrong?
To use the digital key, the app checks that all settings are correct. Bluetooth must be enabled. The app also uses location services. If one of the settings is incorrect, you will automatically be asked to enter your PIN code.
Are you using an iPhone? The app will only ask you once for permission to use location services. You may have declined this request. We recommend checking your settings and trying again. Go to Settings, click on Privacy and Security, and then on Location Services. Check that location services are enabled and that you have given the Roompot App permission.
