When you have booked a stay at one of our holiday parks, you will often receive a keycard or an access code to the holiday accommodation. The Keycard offers various possibilities, depending on the park. For example, you can use the Keycard for access to the park and your holiday home. Check the arrival information for each park to see what possibilities your Keycard offers. If you need an access code for your holiday home, you will receive it by e-mail.
Changed your plans? No problem, you can change your booking for free up to 28 days before arrival.
Want to pay in instalments at no extra cost? No problem! You pay the first instalment within 15 days of booking and the total amount no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
This applies to bookings with an arrival date that is at least 30 days from the day of booking. You can cancel easily via My Roompot. Did you book a last-minute holiday with arrival within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation rates apply.
