Changed your plans? No problem, you can change your booking for free up to 28 days before arrival. In case of a negative travel advice or closed borders, this can be done even up to one day before arrival.
Want to pay in instalments at no extra cost? No problem! You pay the first instalment within 15 days of booking and the total amount no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
We understand if you want to consider a bit more, you can cancel your booking free of charge within 24 hours of booking. This is easy to do through My Roompot.
The current pool opening times can be found in our app or under Opening hours on the park page. Enter the park name in the field below and choose the correct park name in the grey bar. Then click on Continue to get to your park's page. Then tick the Opening Hours box to view the opening hours.
Please note: If you don't see opening times for the pool on your selected date, these are unfortunately not available yet.
At some parks, there is a mini-market or supermarket where you can get tasty fresh bread rolls. Sometimes you can even have them delivered. Ask at the Service point about the possibilities. Or check in our app at your park under Food & drinks. View the app as a website. Not all parks are in our app. Enter the park name in the field below. If your park appears in the grey bar, there is a mini-market or supermarket at this park. If it says no results, this is not the case at your park.
The park map can be found on the park web page. Enter the park name in the field below and choose the correct park name in the grey bar. Then click on Continue to get to your park's page.
The total price you see is the price for two people, including all mandatory additional costs. You can find more information in the price pop-up. We can only show you the final price once you have entered your specific travel group. No rights can be derived from the stated prices.
