Will all of the facilities be open at the park during my stay?
That depends on the period you have made your booking for. The up-to-date opening times for any given date can be found under Opening Hours on your park's web page. Enter the park name in the field below and choose the correct park name in the grey bar. Then click on Continue to get to your park's page. Then tick the Opening Hours box to view the opening hours.
May I use the park facilities if I am not spending the night?
Of course, you're welcome. For some facilities you have to pay. Guests who stay at the park, always have priority during busy periods. More information? Please contact the Service point. Contact details of a park can be found via Arrival information.
Where can I rent a bicycle?
Most parks have bicycle rentals. Whether this also applies to your favourite park, you can see under the Facilities heading on the park's overview page.
Prices
Not all every bicycle rentals are the same. The prices and the range of bicycles vary from park to park. Unisex city bikes and children's bicycles are standard. Some parks also rent out electric bicycles and e-choppers.
Reservations
To make sure a bicycle is available when it suits you, it is best to book on time. This can be done at the park at the Bicycle Rental and at the Service point, and in some cases also online on My Roompot. Look under Additions at Fun.
If there is no bicycle rental under Fun, please contact the Service point. They will be happy to help you with the reservation. Contact details of a park can be found via Arrival information.
How can I make a reservation for the park restaurant?
Park restaurant reservations can be made either in the restaurant itself or at the Service point. Contact details of a park can be found via Arrival information. Or, make your reservation online in our app. View the app as a website. Not all parks are in our app.
Can I charge my electric car at the park?
In some of our parks, there are charging stations where you can charge your electric car during your stay. You can check whether there are charging points on your park on your park's homepage at Facilities, under General.
Where can I do the washing?
Some holiday homes have their own washing machine. You can see whether there is a washing machine in your holiday home under Amenities on your holiday home's homepage. Some of our parks have a laundromat. You can check whether that is the case for your park under Facilities on the page of your park.
Where can I order rolls or breakfast?
At some parks, there is a mini-market or supermarket where you can get tasty fresh bread rolls. Sometimes you can even have them delivered. Ask at the Service point about the possibilities. Or check in our app at your park under Food & drinks. View the app as a website. Not all parks are in our app. Enter the park name in the field below. If your park appears in the grey bar, there is a mini-market or supermarket at this park. If it says no results, this is not the case at your park.
You can check if fishing is possible on the park under Facilities on your park's home page. Look under the heading Sports & Games.
I'm not staying at your park. Can I still come and swim?
This differs per park. Ask at the Service point of your desired park. Contact details of the Service point can be found via Arrival information.

Where can I find a map of a holiday park?
The park map can be found on the park web page. Enter the park name in the field below and choose the correct park name in the grey bar. Then click on Continue to get to your park's page.
Can I use a credit card to make payments at the parks and campsites?
Yes, you can pay with Visa or Mastercard at all Roompot parks.
Can I enter and leave the park by car whenever I want?
You can drive through most parks between the hours of 07.00 and 23.00. After that: night-time is quiet time. Some parks are traffic-free. At these parks you can only drive through the park on arrival and departure days. Further information about Service point opening times and when you can drive through parks can be found via Arrival information.
Can I enter the park by car if I do not have a key card?
Sure, just press the intercom at the boom-gate. Give your name and the number of your holiday home, and the Service point will open the boom-gate for you.
Can I have a delivery made at the park where I am staying?
Yes, you can have parcels and meals delivered to the park. If the park is car-free, you can collect your meal at the boom gate. If the park isn't car-free, the delivery driver can give the address where you stay via the intercom at the boom gate. The Service point will then open the boom gate so that the delivery person can access the park. Packages can be delivered (and picked up) at the Service point during opening hours. Please always inform the Service point in advance.
Is it possible to be picked up by a taxi at my holiday accommodation?
Yes, you may be picked up or dropped off at your holiday home by a taxi or other transport on changeover days. Of course, this can only be done if the holiday home is accessible by car. If you are disabled or have difficulty walking, you may also be dropped off or picked up from your holiday home on days other than on changeover days. The (taxi) driver can pass on your name and holiday home to the Service point at the boom gate. They will then open the boom gate.
Are motor caravans and campers allowed at all campsite pitches?
No, camper vans are only permitted in specially designated places across the park. You will find these on the park map.
What are fun things to see and do nearby the park?
Take a look at our Tips & Trips on your park page or in our app. View the app as a website. You can find the Tips & trips in the app, under In the vicinity. Download the Roompot app for all kinds of useful information during your stay. Not every park is in the app. Of course, you can also ask at the Service point or the tourist office for advice for activities in the vicinity of the park.
For each holiday home mandatory additional costs apply. The additional costs vary per holiday home and can be found in the pop-up displayed with every price. No rights may be derived from these prices.
