I accidentally took something with me from the holiday home. Where can I send it?
Send items brought with you to the Service point, and always inform the Service point in advance. Contact details of the Service point can be found via Arrival information.
Are any more photographs available of the holiday accommodations?
We want to give you as clear a picture as possible of all our parks and holiday homes. We therefore always post all available information and photos online. So there are no more photos available than there are on the website.
Can I request a more thorough allergy check of my holiday home?
Yes, you can. Please state the allergies you would like us to check for at the time of making your booking. We will then arrange it for you!
Where can I find information about Thermaalbad Arcen, the thermal baths in Arcen?
Buy all the items of the coolest rabbit in the Netherlands, in the Roompot shop. At most parks, there are also lots of Koos goodies for sale at the Service point or in the supermarket. Like soft toys, CDs, games and clothing.
Does Roompot sell coupons?
Yes, you can buy a Roompot Holiday gift and wellness vouchers in our Roompot shop. Surprise someone with the gift of a holiday at one of our parks, or contribute to its cost. A Roompot Holiday gift voucher can also be exchanged at the facilities at some parks. Wellness vouchers can be used in Wellness & Beauty De Parel in Domburg, in Thermaalbad Arcen and in Wellness & Beauty Boomhiemke on Ameland.
Are there child-friendly holiday homes?
Yes, we have bungalows, villas and chalets that all have an extremely child-friendly layout. With, for example, a cot, playpen, baby bath, stair gate and occasionally even a go-cart. These are included as standard in some holiday homes, and can be booked as extras in others. Browse all child-friendly holiday homes.
How can I cash in my Roompot Vakantiecadeau gift voucher?
When booking, fill in your details first. Then enter Vakantiecadeau in the comments box, plus the unique code that's on your Holiday Gift. After you have completed your booking, you will receive a temporary confirmation by email. This states the price of your holiday, where the value of your Holiday gift has not yet been deducted. Send your Holiday Gift by registered mail to the address below:

Where can I pay with my Guestcard?
Check on roompot.com/guestcard at which Roompot parks you can pay with the Guestcard in the restaurants, cafes, and snack bars.
Will the remaining amount on my Guestcard remain valid after I leave?
Yes, the amount on your food & beverage voucher remains valid after your holiday. All other products and packages booked as extra are only valid during the holiday for which they are booked. They will expire after check-out.
For each holiday home mandatory additional costs apply. The additional costs vary per holiday home and can be found in the pop-up displayed with every price. No rights may be derived from these prices.
Our Guest Service is at your service 7 days a week. Today between 09.00 and 17.30.
With Roompot you can always pay in instalments at no extra fee. The first instalment must be paid within 15 days after you make your reservation. The total amount is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
Do you want to book extras, book for more people or do you want to change the period of your stay or your accommodation? Roompot allows you to change your booking up to 28 days before your arrival date, at no extra cost. Our Customer service will gladly help you to change your booking.
