Can I change my holiday accommodation after I have made a booking?
Changes to your reservation can be made free of charge up to 28 days prior to the arrival date, after which date no changes can be accepted. Naturally, changes can only be made if other holiday homes are still available. These alternative holiday homes may be more expensive, in which case you will need to pay the difference. If your new holiday home is cheaper than the one you originally booked, you will not be entitled to a refund of the difference.
Can I change the dates of my stay after I have made a booking?
This can be done free of charge up to 28 days before your arrival date and with a hotel booking even up to 1 day before arrival. In most cases, you can do this yourself in My Roompot. A holiday at a different time may, of course, cost a little more. In which case you will need to pay the difference. If your new holiday is cheaper than the original price, you will not be entitled to a refund of the difference.
How do I change my travel group in My Roompot?
You can add or remove people from My Travel Group on the My reservations. You can change your travel group up to 1 day before arrival.
Pets
Adding or removing your own pets from your booking is not possible in My Roompot. Our Guest Service is happy to help you.

You can change or cancel booked extras up to 1 day before arrival. You receive an adjusted invoice that includes these changes. The eventual price difference as well as the deposit is refunded after the holiday.
How do I change or cancel booked extras?
You can change or cancel booked extras up to 1 day before arrival via My Roompot. When you have already paid for the complete holiday, we refund the eventual price difference as well as the deposit. The cancellation of insurance and required extras, such as required bedlinen or a required cleaning, is not possible.
Will I receive confirmation of my change?
Yes, if your booking changes, you will receive a new booking confirmation by email. For example, a change in the arrival or departure date of your holiday, the type of holiday accommodation, the park, travel group, preferences or extras. If you only change your personal data, you will not receive a new booking confirmation. You can always find an up-to-date overview of your booking in My Roompot. Handy!
How do I cancel or change my booking if I did not make it via Roompot but via another holiday booking company?
You can cancel or amend your booking with the travel agent you booked with. Please enquire further with your travel agent as to how this works. Your travel agent will have specific booking amendment/cancellation T&Cs in place.

How do I cancel a booking?
You can easily cancel through My Roompot. Don't you have an account for My Roompot? Then complete the Cancellation form. Cancellation is free of charge within 24 hours of booking. After that, it will be subject to a charge.
What are the costs of cancelling a booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after booking. After that, it will be subject to a charge. The cancellation fee you pay will depend on when you cancel. Normally, you'll pay the booking fee and paid preferences you may have selected while booking. You will also pay part of the rental price. This is the price of your holiday, without any additional charges and additional extras. The sooner you cancel, the smaller the portion that will be charged.
You pay:
15% of the rental price if you cancel 3 months (93 days) or longer before your planned arrival date
50% of the rental price if you cancel between 3 and 2 months (between 92 and 63 days) before your planned arrival date
75% of the rental price if you cancel within 2 months and 1 month (between 62 and 32 days) before your planned arrival date
90% of the rental price if you cancel within 1 month (31 days) and the day before your planned arrival date
100% of the rental price if you cancel on the planned day of arrival, or thereafter
Can I cancel by post?
No, that's not possible. You can easily cancel through My Roompot. Don't you have an account for My Roompot? Then complete the Cancellation form.
How can I cancel a booking that someone else made under my name?
You can cancel your booking by filling in your details on the Cancellation Form. If the booking is also on your email address, you can cancel via My Roompot.
I accidentally made a double booking. Can I cancel 1 of the bookings free of charge?
We all make a mistake sometimes. You can easily cancel your double booking yourself on My Roompot. Please do this within 24 hours of booking, otherwise we will charge a fee.
Cancellation insurance
Until when is it possible to take out cancellation insurance after I make a booking?
You can take out our cancellation insurance up to 7 days after booking, via My Roompot. Have you booked within 7 days before arrival? Then you can still do so until the moment of arrival. It is no longer possible to take out our cancellation insurance if you are already at the holiday park.
What are the terms and conditions of my cancellation insurance?
We offer our cancellation insurance in cooperation with the insurance company European Insurance. If you have taken out cancellation insurance with us, please read the terms of the cancellation insurance.
If you have cancellation insurance, but you didn't take it through us, please check your insurer's website for the terms and conditions.
For each holiday home mandatory additional costs apply. The additional costs vary per holiday home and can be found in the pop-up displayed with every price. No rights may be derived from these prices.
