When 24 hours have passed after making a booking, costs are charged for any changes. These costs are part of the rental price, but they are never higher than € 25. You can find them in the General Terms and Conditions. These costs are not charged if you want to book extras, if you add more travel companions, or if you are changing to more expensive accommodation or to a more expensive period. If you have already paid for your booking and change it within 24 hours, the difference in price will be refunded within 7 days. If you have not yet paid for your booking, the price difference will not be refunded.
Yes, you can cancel 1 of the 2 bookings within 24 hours free of charge. Cancelling and making changes to a booking which has not yet been paid can be done via the Guest Service. To cancel a booking which has been paid, fill in the Cancellation form. If you did not take out cancellation insurance, costs will be charged for cancellation. These costs are part of the rental price and are listed in the General Terms and Conditions.
Any extras that you have booked can be cancelled until 3 days before your arrival date. You cannot change or cancel a booking yourself. To this end, please get in touch with our Guest Service.
For each holiday home mandatory additional costs apply. The additional costs vary per holiday home and can be found in the pop-up displayed with every price. No rights may be derived from these prices.
