Beyond beautiful location

Short stay - great location and parc Schoon en fijn huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles erg netjes en doet nieuw aan. Gemak van boeken en huren. Park ligt erg mooi en de huisjes zijn erg mooi geplaatst in het park. Kortom fijne midweek doorgebracht met vier personen.

First time to Roompot! As a regular Centerparcs-goer, I wasnt sure what to expect from Roompot - however the price on offer during the summer months was extremely reasonable, so we thought we would try it. We are definitely converted and will come back again - Roompot Gulpen was extremely clean, the staff were friendly, the choices of accommodation were unique and nice. The park was extremely dog friendly. The welcome drink, local produce gift on exit and cookies for the dogs were very unexpected but hugely appreciated. The live music was also a great addition, but the food and service in the restaurant the entire stay was great.

3 nights stay...Wonderful location We stayed in roompot for 3 nights.. What we liked are 1. The atmosphere and the location is very peaceful and unique 2. The kids area offerings are very good to engage kids 3. The parking spots at each accommodation are convenient 4. The supermarket is handy for essential things. 5. The homes have very good interior and furniture. What we didnt like 1. Some of the basic essentials like handwash in bathroom, kitchen tissues in the kitchen are missing. We had to go to super market to get the Handwash eventually . Since this is related to hygiene, kindly put handwash in all the toilets. 2. The attitude of the staff at restaurant is not good. We had coffee with group of families with kids one evening. The kids were taking a look at something placed on the table. The staff told us saying they are expensive and dont touch them in a sarcastictl tone...This is unacceptable behavior!!..The kids were only checking what the item is out of curiosity in a gentle manner. 3. The food in the restaurant seems to have lot of salt and doesnt seemed fresh. The quality and taste of the food needs improvement in our opinion. 4. We had dinner with a group of friends at the restaurant. The attitude of the waiters is again not pleasant. When we got a bill for a drink that was not served, we asked to remove it from the bill. The staff was insisting that they served us by saying there was empty bottle in their shelf. This is strange explanation..When the customer says they didnt get the food/drink and raise a concern about the bill, it is the minimum etiquette to deduct the item for the bill without giving weird explanation. The staff can ofcourse clarify with waiter if they really served or not but not give explanation like they found empty bottle etc.

Weekend stay at Roompot Gulpen Good location and facilities, clean house and easy check-in/out. Fully equipped and good value for money. Recommended.

De volgende dag toen de zon scheen zagen wij veel honden haren op de vloer en honden kwijl op de ramen. Was niet heel hygiënisch!

Top lokatie met goede service De wijze waarop de hillside woningen zijn opgezet, zodat iedereen vij uitzicht heeft is echt fantastisch in deze omgeving. Restaurant The Dill is top. Handdoekenpakket halverwege de week een (onverwachte) extra. Ook was het park echt autoluw, wat vaak niet zo is.

Geweldige vakantie met de hele familie Zeer tevreden over ons verblijf en ook onze kleinkinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt.

Aanrader! Mooi verzorgd, netjes aangelegd park. Oogt allemaal nieuw. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ligging van het park. Fijn dat we al eerder het huisje in konden. Zeer gastvrij ontvangst! ‘ ouderwets ‘ inchecken bij de receptie, met welkomstdrankje en hapje. Zoveel beter dan met een gemailde code je huisje betreden.

Aanrader! Het huisje was prachtig, mooie ligging van het park met wijds uitzicht. Personeel is hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Elke dag verse broodjes. The Dill is een fijn restaurant met uitzicht en afwisselende gerechten op de kaart.

Mooi park Super mooi schoon modern heerlijk fris lekker ruikend huisje. Erg leuk gehad en erg vriendelijk Restaurant heerlijk gegeten en erg vriendelijk.

Zeer tevreden Nette en complete huisjes. Comfortabele bedden en bank en in de keuken ontbreekt het aan niets!

Mooie huisjes op een prachtplek Huisje was prima precies zoals op de foto’s. Gastvrije ontvangst en afscheid.

Prima verblijf gehad, echt heel fijn Ik heb bij de merknaam Roompot een beetje nachtmerries van vroeger, toen was het echt armetierig en was Landal modern, schoon en goed. Nu is Roompot dat ook, zo blijkt! Het park is heel netjes en verzorgd, ons huisje was prima. De omgeving is prachtig, mooie wandelroutes nabij het park, fietswalhalla - luxe!

Zeer de moeite waard Prima huis, prachtig uitzicht, heel fijn welkom en ook bij vertrek. Park ligt er geweldig.

Verblijf met een knipoog 1.) Veel te stoffige inloop van de woning, mat kon niet voor de deur, de deur sloot dan niet (te hoog) 2.) s-ochtends liepen er tientallen mieren over het aanrecht. 3.) stofzuiger was niet schoongemaakt, zat een kapotte zak in, er was water mee gezogen en naar mijn bescheiden mening al heel lang niet gecontroleerd, zoog absoluut niets op ... 4.) ventilatie in de binnendouche (keukenmuur) was beneden alle acceptabele niveaus. 5.) buitenmeubilair niet comfortabel en niet stapelbaar (gemak) 6.) niet echt schoon, tegeltjes kapot in de douche. 7.) rioollucht in de douche. 8.) eetkamertafel helemaal vol met kringen ....jammer.

Mooi park Prachtige omgeving, prachtig uitzicht, mooie schone huisjes, van alle gemakken voorzien. Weinig te doen op het park zelf. Wij miste bv midgetgolf of bowlen, een bingoavond. Er werd niet voor volwassenen georganiseerd.

Genieten We hebben een week gebruik gemaakt van de accomodatie en het was een ontspannen verblijf zowel het huisje als het park.

Ontspannen vakantie in het mooie Zuid-Limburg Er is aan alles te zien dat er heel goed is nagedacht over duurzaamheid, materialen, natuur, kwaliteit en beleving. De huisjes zijn kwalitatief beter dan andere parken, de natuur wordt zo veel mogelijk met rust gelaten, als bezoeker krijg je een enorm warm welkom (ook de kinderen) en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Ook is het restaurant modern en biedt gevarieerde keuze (ook vegan)

Het huisje is fijn alleen de meubels zijn niet voor oudere mensen
