Of course, Koos will also be there! You can look up when you can meet the mascot, dance or do crafts together in the activity program. Did you know Koos has his own page on our website? Aqua aerobics
Come and join us for some aqua aerobics! Aquafitness is a form of exercise in which walking and muscle-oriented exercises in the water maintain or improve your fitness level. The use of different exercise materials and changing music ensures the necessary variation in the lessons. The advantage of Aquafitness is that you train without putting excessive strain on tendons, muscles and joints, as you have no contact with the bottom of the pool.
