General

Parking

One parking space is allotted to the 4 through 8-person types. The 10-person holiday accommodations have access to two parking spaces. All bungalows have access to an extra parking lot across from the reception.

Campsite guests can park one car on the green strips alongside the field. It is not permitted to park your car at the campsite. Additional vehicles can be parked at the paid car park at reception.

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.

Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly request your guests to report to the Service point first if they plan on staying the night, and to park (for a fee) their vehicle in the car park at De Parel.

Access to the subtropical swimming paradise

Access to De Parel swimming paradise is free for all of our visitors. You can use your Keycard to pick up your pool passes at the entrance to De Parel recreation centre during opening hours. Insert your Keycard in the designated vending machine. You will receive a pool pass for each person in your party. These passes are valid for the duration of your holiday and will only be issued once (children ages 4 and under do not receive a pass; they are admitted free without a pass). Your passes will be valid again at least four hours after your first visit to the swimming paradise.

Arrival

You can access you accommodation from 4 p.m. Did you booked a campsite? This will be available from 1 p.m. on every day of the week. You may check in during the peak season and on Mondays until 6 p.m., in the low season until 5 p.m. and until 7 p.m. on Fridays. If you arrive on another day or after closing time of the Service point, you can report at the sports bar, entrace at swimmingpool De Parel on Monday until 10 p.m. and on Friday until 11 p.m. Do you arrive after these hours? Have you made a reservation for accommodation type Bungalowtent ?

If you bookend a Bungalowtent, you can arrive daily from 3 until 5 pm.

Have you booked a special package deal?

You will find all of the necessary information about your special package in your bungalow on the day you arrive. Please keep in mind that you should arrive before 6 p.m. if your special package starts on the day you check in.

Access park/accommodation

Guests of Hof Domburg can automatically check in with their home-based Keycard (execpt the types L4A Comfort and L6A Comfort). Use this Keycard to open the gate. You are checked in automatically if the gate opens and you can drive directly to your accommodation. Tenants of the types L4A Comfort and L6A Comfort can pick up the key for their holiday accommodation after 15.00 at the reception.

The Keycard is strictly personal and can be used for:

  • Access to your accommodation on (Buiten)Hof Domburg
  • access to the campsite with your own vehicle and the private sanitary
  • Access to swimming paradise De Parel
  • proof of ID at the park


The Keycard is not a credit card, and it is non-transferable. In case of loss or left, please notify the Service point immediately. Do not keep the Keycard on the dashboard of your car in the sun, near loudspeakers, magnets or mobile telephones.

We regularly have guests who have lost their Keycard or left it in their accommodation. If this happens, inform the Service point as soon as possible.

Wi-Fi Code

All the holiday accommodations on Hof Domburg have free Wi-Fi. When you stay in a bungalow, you will find the log-in code on the outside of the refrigerator. For the accommodationtypes SCR, SCRV, SCRK and the campsite you don't need a log-in code. You can also use the Wi-Fi network 'Free Wifi Roompot'.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Did you stay at a campsite, then you have to leave this no later than 11 a.m. Should you depart the park before the official day of departure, you can deposit the key cards in the mailbox next to the park reception at the exit of Buitenhof Domburg. The park reception will then be informed of your departure.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65/€ 115 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
