Relaxed holiday in a beautiful property The way each lodge is designed and constructed is really thoughtful and enables to enjoy the atmosphere there with privacy. The lodges are compact and functional and it has almost all amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. A very beautiful stay.

Highly recommend Everyone was so kind. Loved the rooms and the indoor playground for the kids! The dinner took a while to arrive and it was expensive but all in all we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Stay at Hillview it was great

Dec 2024 stay at house 28 What I was expecting a quiet environment to just rest and the place is the best! The only downside is how the house, the kitchen should have been designed practically, I understand the bins are the old milk containers and it is because of the vibe of the house, however it is tearing the plastic liner this i would strongly change. Although tje house is clean, there is a huge amount of dust build ups ny the headboards of the bed i understand this is difficult to clean because it is rough wood so I have to clean this myself. The bathroom is nice however i would insist that maintenance will have to resolve the misaligned glass doors as water flow alot outside the shower cabin.

Great family stay It was a great stay. We all enjoyed the house and its surrounding. The restaurant and breakfast was amazing and great to have an indoor playground as well. The kids loved it.

Wonderful We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The lodges and environment are so cosy and pretty. Friendly and really helpful staff. Being able to rent e-mtbs added great fun to explore the beautiful nature around. And the yoga spot is amazing! A true gem, wed like to visit again in the future.

I really liked the location of the complex, the facilities, the customer service, the size of the accommodation, the sauna and the air conditioning but the accommodation was very dark on the inside - dark colors on the ceiling, walls and floors, little sunlight and insufficient lighting. Also, the provided vacuum cleaner was of low quality - constantly opening during use. Overall, I had a very good experience but I think it could be better.

Stunning This was a real gem of a find. Knew nothing about it except it was a good half way stop on our travels. In future this will be a destination. It really was awesome. Almost new facilities, pristine pr3sentation of the grounds and hotel. Loads of facilities and great staff

A good experience but could be better First of all, we booked via Booking.com and for some reason paid 230€ for the hotel room for one night. We expected a bit more facilities at the location as we thought we didn’t get enough for our money. When we took the road to the hotel (no sign was present and we thought we went the wrong way as the road to the hotel was quite rough and in very bad condition, which is not suited for every car!). The reception was 15/10! The room was clean and nice (10/10). Then there was the bar which was okay but some things were a bit expensive (Ricard 10€, Planche 29€). The Takeaway can only be ordered before 15 o’clock, but check in is only at 15 o’clock. The shop offered some microwavable meals which looked nice, but the room din’t have a microwave (this would be a nice addition to the room and therefore a good alternative to the takeaway or even room service). The night was very nice due to the AC and the nice beds. As for breakfast, there weren’t many fresh options (only a small bowl of fruits but no vegeatble as for example cucumber was to be found). There were partly lactose free options, and no gluten free options at all. When we arrived at our table, there were still bread crumbs everywhere eventhough the table was freshly set. All in all, the experience was a 7/10 as for the price paid, we expected a bit more.

The lodge was up to our expectations and somewhat even exceeded it. We liked the privacy of the accommodations. Being close to nature and relaxing. Facilities were really good. The infrared sauna was a real surprise. Service of the staff was really awesome. Atmosphere all around the resort was really calm and relaxed. Plenty of nature walks to take through the forest. We really enjoyed our time here. Some minor concerns. The microwave was too high that you need to get on the chair to put your food in. Me being 185cm tall did not help either. There were no sponges or cleaning liquid to clean the kitchen utensils. There were no dishwasher tablets as well. I dont suppose the guest need to bring those with them. At least that is not what I used to do. Not enough toilet paper. Just 2 rolls for 3 people for 1 nights stay. Water doesnt seem to be clean enough to drink. There were much whitish compounds in water. Which may be alright but we did not like it and used our own water for drinking. But these did not stop us from having a good time here. But a little more thought on these would have earned you the full rating points.

Mooi park. Bosrijke omgeving. Chalets zijn goed uitgerust. Leuk park.

Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf Mooi park, rustgevend. De lodges liggen goed verspreid. Alles aanwezig in de lodge, zelfs handdoeken, douchegel en shampoo. Jammer dat de schoonmaak niet helemaal in orde was (spinnenwebben bij plafonds). Aardig personeel. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant. Jammer dat deze op dinsdag en woensdag gesloten is. Mooi terras aanwezig maar dan is het niet mogelijk om een drankje te doen. Prima ontbijtservice.

Een fantastisch uitzicht! Het uitzicht vanuit onze Lodge was geweldig! De Lodge op zichzelf was erg praktisch maar ook heel erg stoffig en de kastjes in de keuken waren echt slecht. De meeste deurtjes gingen scheef en er was 1 bestek lade waarin het bestek niet lag dat stond op het aanrecht in een mandje! Doordat het huisje stoffig was hebben we iedere dag de stofzuiger er doorheen gehaald wat niet erg is maar de lucht uit de stofzuiger rook oprecht naar dode hond, vreselijk! Ook mag er een betere beschrijving liggen hoe de airco optimaal zou kunnen werken want het is absoluut prettig dat de airco aanwezig is!

Top verblijf in rustige omgeving Wij hebben vooral genoten van de mooie en rustige omgeving, de kleinschaligheid van het park. Niet te veel drukte en kinderen. We zijn echt tot rust gekomen. De kamers waren prachtig ingericht, dat sprak ons erg aan en was een echte toevoeging aan de beleving. Het enige wat jammer was was dat het restaurant gesloten was tijdens ons verblijf. We komen graag nog een keer terug en dan wat langer!

Te warm om te slapen maar prachtige locatie en top facilitair. We hebben een keer eerder in het hotel verbleven toen een andere kamer. De kamer waar we nu verbleven was onaangenaam warm. De temperatuur kwam niet onder de 22graden, met airco op maximale koeling. De bovenverdieping waar de kinderen sliepen was eigenlijk echt te warm. Verder een prachtige kindvriendelijke plek. Meerdere speeltuinen waar onze kinderen zich goed hebben vermaakt. Mooie ligging.

Genoten van ons verblijf en de accommodatie Wij waren positief verrast over de accommodatie. Heel netjes en compleet en wat een luxe met twee (kleine) badkamers. Wij hebben niks gemist. Het park is nog vrij nieuw en wij zijn benieuwd of er de komende tijd nog wat gaat veranderen op het park. Tips zijn bijvoorbeeld een uitbreiding van de winkel (breder assortiment). Van te voren hebben we reviews gelezen, maar wat ons betreft kloppen de negatieve berichten niet. Ook de service was prima! Onze deurcode werkte niet bij aankomst, maar dat werd snel en netjes opgelost. Wij komen vast nog eens terug!

Heerlijk tot rust komen Mooi park in de natuur. Mooie wandelroutes in de directe omgeving. Miste wel een soort cafe waar je lekker koffie met wat lekkers kan drinken. Je moet wel van rust houden. Leuke plaatsjes op ongeveer 40min rijden zoals Dinant en Bouillon.

Lekker relaxed weekend Mooie huisjes, mooie ligging en zo’n rustige omgeving . Lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Zeker een aanrader om heerlijk tot rust te komen en genoeg te zien in de omgeving

Parfait ! Nous avons adoré le calme et la sérénité du lieu. Le personnel très poli et serviable. Lodeur diffusée dans lhôtel et les chambres. Les attentions comme les petits cookies maison proposés en partant. la petite épicerie disponible dans lhôtel pour nous éviter de ressortir en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si loccasion se présente car nous avons adoré passer du temps ici.

Resort in den schönen Ardennen Grds. ein sehr schön angelegter Resort, keine Frage! Allerdings ist dieser Resort nicht wirklich gut für Kinder geeignet, da die Kindereinrichtungen und -angebote sehr spärlich sind. Die große Lodge ist ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und drei Kinder, allerdings sehr hellhörig und ausgesprochen dunkel im Innenbereich trotz großer Fenster. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist nur zweckmäßig jedoch nicht ausgesprochen schön. Schränke waren schon z.T. defekt und Spülmaschine hat extrem gestunken. Für Hunde ist die Lodge und das Resort schon gut geeignet, man hat ausreichend Möglichkeiten spazieren zu gehen und das Personal ist auch sehr hundefreundlich! Das Restaurant ist überhaupt nicht auf Besucher mit Kinder eingerichtet und für Allergiker (gluten- und/oder laktosefrei) schwierig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant stimmt hinten und vorne nicht! Die jungen Damen an der Rezeption waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr guter Service, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir mussten den Hausmeisterdienst in Anspruch nehmen, da die Bedienung der Klimatisierung, Heizung, Lüftung außerordentlich schwierig ist. Der Hausmeister ist unverzüglich gekommen und hatte auch genügend Geduld den Lüfter zu reparieren und alles im Detail zu erklären. Alles in allem war es trotz schlechtem Wetter und ungünstigen Rahmenbedingungen für die Kinder ein schöner Kurzurlaub.

Heerlijk weekje ardennen beleeft en een fijn verblijf op Landal Grandvoir! +De ligging van het park was perfect voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. +de huisjes en het park zijn echt prachtig. +super goede laad gelegenheid voor EV. -park zelf was weinig te beleven voor de kids (12 tm 14). Een zwembad of een klimparcour, een speelhal (arcade hal) of iets dergenlijks voor de jeugd zou een aanwinst voor het park zijn. -weg naar de hoofdingang is een gatenkaas... -groot raam aan het voeteneind is een rare keuze, aangezien de buren dan altijd vanuit terras of keuken bij jou het bed in kijken.

Relaxed Stay at Hillview, Grandvoir Our family enjoyed a very great stay in Grandvoir. Nice park with roomy and comfortable accommodation. Great beds for a good nights sleep! We also enjoyed cycling in the surroundings and trips to small towns in area - Bastonge, Neufchateau etc.

Mooi gelegen park in natuurlijke omgeving. Dit keer samen met mijn schoonzus en gezin uw park bezocht. Wij met 2 en 2 honden in huisje 12 (4p), zij met 4 en 1 hond in huisje 5 (6P). Inrichting erg gezellig en goed, fijne douche en balkon. Maar....................punten ter verbetering: 1. Magnetron hoogte is gevaarlijk, zelf als je op een krukje staat 2. Koelkast is (in cabin 5 - 12 en alle cabins) veel veel veel te klein en heeft een nutteloze indeling, wat als het hartje zomer is? (Voorheen in cabin 29 geweest waar idem is) Je kan echt niet in een 4P en 6P cabin aankomen met een klein koelkastje als je zelf wilt koken, een paar lekkere koude biertjes en witte wijn wilt drinken (met 4 volwassenen), hierover is echt niet nagedacht, een oplossing is een extra grote koelkast op het balkon in een kast??? 3. Plaats een was/droog combinatie aub, niets is zo irritant om bij thuiskomst meteen die sleur in de moeten met de was doen! Bij niet willen koken kan je uitwijken naar het hotel restaurant, erg netjes en personeel heel gastvrij, de taal blijft een actiepunt voor veel in de Ardennen ;) De menukaart is zeer beperkt, je gaat na 1x echt wat elders zoeken, wel verder rijden.

Een prachtig, rustig en aangenaam verblijf Het park is prachtig aangelegd! Ons verblijf lag echt fantastisch! We hadden nummer 21. Dit is een 6 persoonsverblijf. Het park en ons verblijf kwamen precies overeen met de fotos op de website. Het verblijf was echt goed schoon. Wat een rust en ruimte! Zeer handig: geen sleutel naar een code en geen slagboom om het park op te kunnen. Het jammere is dat het verblijf donker is. Er is echt wel voldoende verlichting aanwezig echter moet je dus steeds wel verlichting aan doen. Voor een 6 persoonsverblijf is de koelkast (tafelmodel) te klein.

Paasuitje Omgeving is OK. Lodge is aardig maar zeer donker! Meubilair (bank) ongemakkelijk en onpraktisch met een hond. Schoonmaak matig (spinnenwebben en vuil in prullenbakje douche (o.a. maandverband) van vorige bewoner(s)). Uitstapjes zitten op redelijk afstand. Voor kleinere kinderen nog wel wat vertier (speeltuintjes) voor grotere kinderen wat minder. Winkeltje is beperkt en alleen hoognodige. Afhaalservice restaurant is BAR slecht! Kwaliteit eten lauwwarm en ver onder de maat. Elk andere afhaalmogelijkheid zou 10x beter zijn voor zeker maar een fractie van de prijs. Al met al dus wisselend van ervaring. Als je van de rust wilt genieten is het OK. Walhalla voor wandelaars en mountainbikers denk ik? Wandelen is overigens soms wat moeizamer door stijlheid van de looppaden en/of heuvels.
