Parking
Parking is possible at the central parking.
EV charging station
The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.
Pets
You can bring a maximum of 2 pets per holiday home. There is an extra charge per night.
In France, pet travel rules apply. Every pet must have a European pet passport, and a valid rabies vaccination. The pet must also be identifiable via a chip or tattoo. Dogs of category 1 and 2 are not welcome at the park. You can read which dogs they are on the website of the French Embassy. This will be checked upon arrival, so bring the vaccination card when checking in.
Arrivals, admission & check-in

You can enter the holiday accommodation from 16:00. If you expect to arrive after 19:00, please contact Reception at +33 - (0)251685189.
Access to your holiday home
You will receive information about your holiday accommodation at reception. You can also pick up the key here.
Guarantee
Upon arrival, you will pay a €300 deposit for your holiday home. The deposit will be refunded in full if nothing is broken or damaged. The deposit is preferably paid by credit card.
Departure & administrative handling
Departure
Make sure you have left your holiday home by 10:00. Please leave your holiday accommodation neat and tidy. The key can be handed in at reception. If you are leave early in the morning, before reception opening hours, the deposit will be refunded to your account within 28 days.
