As expected Good location. Lodge pretty much as expected. No catering on site. No toaster or kettle and Quooker tap seemed dangerous to use for boiling water.

The houses were extremely clean, the placement of the park also made it very easy to experience Zandvoort. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

Bad service. we couldnt checkin at 4pm and waited 75mns before we got to our house. then we got a house for special needs that we didnt requested. we called the reception and their reaction was: Is it too low for you?. Eventually we could move to another house but only after waiting until 7:15pm and I had to make the call if the house was ready! Really disappointing. It ruined our arrival/ first night, it wasnt pleasant for the kids and there was nothing from Roompot to make it up to us.

Christmas break for family visits Again an enjoyable stay at Roompot Zandvoort. Perfect location, just across the street of the beach. Houses have minimalist trendy furniture. Enough of space for our family of 3 and dog.

Very nice sunny short stay We were in Zandvoort for the weekend with my husband and our dog. We were lucky with the weather. Can absolutely recommend for dog owners.

We booked the coffee camp for one week (17.-24.9.24) and payed 6000€. The Kennemer Lodge is definitely too small for 6 people. Of course, if you read the explanations carefully you will recognize that before, but in our opinion you can offer this house only for four people, not for six. For this reason we knew we have to book another house we were suprised that there is not enough space.The staff was unfriendly, did not understand that it was a big problem for us, cause it was our wedding that we celebrated at the hippie fish and we promised enough beds to our inner circle that we invited to stay with us at roompot. No discount, no will to help us and it took us ages to get the other house.First collegue we reached on the 18th at the reception told us that we should come back later, cause she is new. We came back later and then the other collegue told us that now everything is fully booked. In the morning it was still possible to book a house online. We did not do that cause we thought its easier to get help from reception but nobody was really interested. I was nearly crying cause we were kind of desperate. After a long time of discussions we got this extra house from friday to monday for nearly 800€!!! and the collegue promised us an early checkin to compensate this mess. I did not ask for it, she offered it and we were thankful. When we came on friday to get the keys I told the women that we have an early checkin cause of all the trouble and so on. She didnt listen to me and gave me a lecture of what an early check in means and that nobody gets an early checkin if there is no receipt. To be honest, I was speechless. Then she gave the keys to me and said that she gonna do an exeption cause the house is already ready. I felt called down to be honest. We were asking for some extra towels which they gave us, but it was feelable that is was unintentionally. The other three houses and the coffee camp were really nice. Only minus at the coffee camp was that the coffee machine was not ready when we checked in and had to be cleaned. Of course, the machine has to be cleaned regulary during the stay but before checkin that should be done. Checkout time at ten is really early therefore that we had to clean everything by ourselves and put the linen off the beds. I hope this message helps you to improve your customer service and get your staff trained better for irregularaties.

Roompot Zandvoort Everything was great, the only thing to mention was the lack of cupboard space/storage in the bedrooms & where to store suitcases etc (little bit lack of room but not a big problem). Overall, I would definitively recommend Roompot to everyone & we will definitely be back next year!

breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape I recently stayed in a beautifully maintained home within a well-kept residence, and I was thoroughly impressed. The modern design of the space, combined with its stunning beachfront location, made for an unforgettable experience. Waking up to the sunrise right outside the window was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen, which had all the essentials for preparing meals. The bedrooms were lovely, and the spacious shower added an extra touch of luxury. I highly recommend this property—it’s truly a convenient and exceptional place to stay!

Two bedroom windows leaked during a rain storm. It appears to be a regular problem arising due to poor quality construction materials. We were nicely compensated for the inconvenience, and the maintenance staff were very helpful and professional

Lovely stay and perfect location We stayed here as a couple and with friends.. our main reason for our stay was The Luminosity Beach Festival, which is only a 15 minute walk from Roompot. Lovely onsite shop with friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely be using Roompot again 😊

It had all the space and essentials needed. Was very close to the event and easy to find. We loved it. Tried to book again straight away but it looks like it is booked up for next year 🙁

Heerlijke plek wel wat punten vaan aandacht. We zijn al meerdere keren in Bloemendaal en Zandvoort geweest in de Roompot parken. Over het algemeen altijd met veel plezier en naar tevredenheid. Al moeten we wel zeggen dat de slijtage in de huisjes toe begint te nemen. Je ziet en merkt dat de huisjes af aan het takelen zijn. Wij hadden huisje 19 deze keer. De bank was vies en zat vol vlekken, de stoelen buiten waren niet schoon. De verlichting in de badkamer werkte af en toe niet, de keuken vertoonde slijtage waardoor het net even wat minder fris lijkt. De matrassen zitten op het randje. In vergelijking tot de eerste jaren dat we er kwamen zie je de achteruitgang. Dat het restaurant gesloten is vonden we ook erg jammer, en eigenlijk ook niet passen bij het park en de faciliteiten. Het winkeltje bij de receptie is gewoon okay. We hadden wel nog een onaangename verrassing, we hadden geboekt met uitchecken op de 7e mei. Maar tot onze verrassing stonden er ineens mensen in ons huisje op 6 mei die de sleutel hadden gekregen van huisje 19 terwijl wij er nog in zaten. Nu waren we in het huisje en zaten we even wat te eten dus is er niks geks geweest maar ongemakkelijk was het natuurlijk wel. En wat als we niet in het huisje waren geweest, dan konden de mensen gewoon naar binnen terwijl onze spullen daar lagen. Bij het uitchecken hebben we dit ook aangegeven bij de dame van de receptie. Die reageerde hierop wel erg laconiek en ongeïnteresseerd, ze vond het niet zo heel boeiend. Dit vonden we echt een hele slechte reactie. En eigenlijk ook niet kunnen! Stel dat als onze spullen weg zouden zijn als de nieuwe gasten kwaadwillend geweest zouden zijn dan wat dan? Er is zeker werk aan de winkel om het park en met name de huisjes up to date te houden, we reizen veel voor ons werk waardoor we regelmatig enkele dagen in huisjes en hotels verblijven. We moeten helaas constateren dat het park en de huisjes ingehaald dreigen te worden door andere alternatieven. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding begint in onze ogen wat scheef te raken. De locatie is heerlijk prachtig en Zandvoort is onze favoriete plek waar we elke maand wel een weekend verblijven.

De Lodge zag er super uit, een perfecte grootte voor een verblijf met 2 kinderen. Alles was binnen loopafstand bereikbaar: de bushalte bevindt zich vrijwel naast de ingang en het strand is ook gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken. Het enige wat ik miste was airconditioning, aangezien het binnen snel benauwd kon worden

Gesundheitsgefahr durch massive Verschmutzung Vorsicht !!! Gesundheitsgefahr!!! Wir waren im April zu Dritt in einer der Kemmeder Lodge 6 und haben 2300€ für eine Woche gezahlt. Im Herbst davor waren wir in einem der baugleichen Häuser zufrieden. Das gesamte Haus war diesmal mit Unmengen an Hundehaaren verschmutzt. Die ohnehin mit unfassbar frechen Mitarbeitern besetzte Rezeption, lügt zu diesem Vorfall im Nachhinein. Diese massiver Verschmutzung die sich bis in die Küchenschränke zog, wurde mit der Aussage, dass die Reinigung der Häuser an Externe abgegeben wurde, abgetan. Ich habe für diese Woche 2300€ gezahlt und erwartet, dass zumindest keine Gesundheitsgefahr besteht. Absolut ekelhaft.

2. Aufenthalt Die Abfahrtsbedingungen: 10:00 auschecken; führt zu chaotischen Verhältnissen, da nur ungenügende Haltebuchten vorhanden sind. Außerdem ist es nicht akzeptabel, das für ein Haus für 6 Personen nur ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht und das zweite Auto dann nochmal bezahlen muss. Dass ist im Center Park besser gelöst!!

Zandvoort met kinderen Voor onze dochter was het animatieprogramma altijd een van de hoogtepunten van jullie park. Voor ons als ouders een prima gelegenheid om op het terras te genieten van een drankje. Erg jammer dat Roompot besloten heeft om het restaurant te sluiten en niet meer iets aan te bieden voor de kinderen op het park. Het contact bij de recreatie zorgde ook voor aansluiting bij andere kinderen op het park. Dat viel nu weg. Tevens jammer dat er zo fors gesnoeid is op het park, waardoor de huisjes nu vrij zijn komen te liggen en de privacy wat minder is geworden.
