BAD EXPERIENCE I dont know who will see this review, management? Customers? But this is the WORST experience Ive ever had: the accommodation is ok, there are some uncomfortable things but I wont say anything; however, the service is TERRIBLE, oh sorry, no service at all, there is not even anyone at the front desk (it was weekend, holiday or something, okay, understandable), no one answers the phone, even emergency call, no one cares about your request. To avoid wasting time, here is just a summary of my story: WiFi problems (at least 50% of it is my fault, I wont avoid problems), dishwasher not working, no one answered my phone at all, I didnt get any help when I was in need. --> Finally on Tuesday when someone was at the front desk, I argued with them, considering all the BAD experiences I had in the past 3 days, the front desk agreed to give a little compensation, and agreed to investigate and explain why they didnt answer the emergency call. Two weeks have passed, and I still havent heard anything from them, NO compensation, NO feedback! I called and asked why, but the front desk has no respect for customers and hung up the phone after a few minutes! Ridiculous! Is this your service? I booked 3 big rooms with Roompot last year, and this year 2, but this is the last time. Good luck, never see you again.

Clean basic accommodation Good clean accommodation perfect for a few nights. Had to pay extra for beds to be made and towels so makes it more expensive.

Dunimar Resort Excellent place to stay. Very quiet

Great park, great location for activities and wonderful biking roads. Very calm and cosy house, the reception was open everyday, there was bread service available and we did wonderful tours with the children in the forest and in the dunes thanks to the bike we could rent in the park. There are plenty of activities to do and places to see at a distance of twenty minutes by car.

Our Easter trip Its a very small site with houses and a reception/shop and a kinda restaurant/ cafe. But theres nothing else at the site. The area around the site is lovely in spring with all the flowers

UN LUGAR BONITO Y SU PERSONAL MUY AGRADABLE.

En daar waren we weer 😊 Het park is kleinschalig en zonder entertainment waardoor het er ook rustig is. De mogelijkheid om sinds vorig jaar een hapje in het nieuwe restaurant te kunnen eten is fijn. De bungalow is schoon maar de schoonmaker kijkt niet omhoog en er zijn best wat spinnenwebben. De vloerbedekking van de bovenverdieping is niet ideaal. Liever een laminaat of pvc vloer. In de toiletten mag best wel eens een fles chloor gebruikt om de aanslag te verwijderen en de wc bril is aan vervanging toe. Beetje oud en geen softclose dus je schrikt telkens bij het dichtknallen ervan. We komen hier al jaren en zien dus de gedateerdheid van het sanitair. Verder komen we weer terug!

Geweldige omgeving. Het verblijf was erg fijn. Mooi huisje en een rustig park. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie.Wat ook erg leerzaam en leuk was, was de wandeling met de boswachter. Ook het restaurant i s goed bevallen. Al met al was het een fijne week.

Fraaie schone huizen, bijzonder prettig verblijf. Minpuntje zijn de te zachte matrassen.

25 jaar getrouwd - een top familieweekend! Van te voren hadden we de website, plattegrond en fotos bekeken. Maar ik dacht dat de groepsaccommodatie/ 8-pers huisjes ruimer gelegen waren. Meer op een groot gezamenlijk grasveld stonden, zoals op de plattegrond. Dat leek mij gezellig! Het park was rustig en ook wel een beetje verlaten, weinig reuring. Het is natuurlijk ook geen hoogseizoen. Gelukkig maakt de ligging bij het leuke Noordwijkerhout en Noordwijk aan zee alles ruimschoots goed. Het fietsen in de omgeving was super leuk, leuke eettentjes zoals d tip van Como & Com. Het huis was heerlijk!! Dat klopte helemaal met het beeld van de website. We hebben ons prima. vermaakt, het was een geweldig weekend!

Verblijf Ik heb 1 probleem gemeld met de buren die in de nacht erg veel lawaai hadden. Hoop dat dit eenmalig was.verder was bij aankomst het restaurant gesloten ivm weinig personeel. Had ik graag eerder geweten.

Weekje uitwaaien met comfort! Fijn rustig schoon!! Alles wordt goed opgelost indien er iets niet in orde is! Vriendelijk personeel goed onderhouden park fijn gelegen in natuur bij strand en dorpscentrum voor boodschappen.

Het was heel rustig weinig te beleven ophet report.

Das Haus war schön und sauber. Allerdings mussten wir die Betten selbst beziehen, und es wurde vorgeschrieben das die Bettwäsche auch wieder abgezogen werden musste....sogar auf welche Art und Weise. Desweiteren sollten wir das Haus Besenrein verlassen, obwohl wir eine Endreinigung gezahlt haben. Für eventuelle Vergehen bekamen wir eine Liste mit einer Kostenaufstellung.

Eenvoudig park met wat luxere huisjes Het park als basis voor uitstapjes ideaal als je toch een woonhuis gevoel wil hebben en geen extra faciliteiten nodig hebt.(was voor mij van toepassing). Heb je kinderen bij daar is weinig voor. Wandelen rondom het park is niet mogelijk je zit klem tussen wegen. Je hebt minimaal een fiets nodig om in wandel gebied te komen.

Fijn vakantiepark Kleinschalig, leuk park, aardig personeel, leuk compleet huisje, mooie omgeving, prima uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten, dichtbij leuke steden.

De service van de receptiemedewerk(st)ers was echt heel goed en vriendelijk. Reeds bij het telefonisch boeken, maar ook bij inchecken en vragen tussendoor ! We waren er nu voor de 6e keer en hebben opnieuw erg genoten van uitzicht en van fietsen in de duinen en de omgeving ! Bij gezondheid hopen we volgend jaar opnieuw een bungalow in Dunimar te boeken !

Wunderbare Urlaubswoche Erwartungsgemäss sehr gut, die Häuser sind top & die gepflegte Anlage ist traumhaft.
