The facility is really outdated. houses, kids club, restaurants, swimming pool are really old. They need renovation. The beach is nice, but it’s not an open sea which makes water really muddy and smelly. We booked a comfort packet but we did not get the stuff (soap, shampoo, body lotion) and we were not informed about it being missing until we arrived. Instead we got a voucher for coffee / tea / lemonade - which value was not comparable. Shame!!!

Camping at the Dutch Youth Regatta The swimming pool is great for children after sailing, camping is close to marina and Beach Bar restaurant lovely

Chalet stay The shower blocked the first time we used it and caused some flooding in the bathroom. I phoned reception and was told it would be sorted and towels brought to dry the chalet. This didn’t happen. We had to be careful to use the shower for short periods and mop up for the duration of our stay. The microwave didn’t work. The chalet was otherwise well appointed.

Overall a great stay, shame about the weather though! Overall we had a great stay, the beach house was in a great location with lovely views. A couple of things let the place down, filthy high chair left, a playpen with brown stains, loose leaking tap in the kitchen. And also no prior information that the wagon would need to be collected from the other side of the park which had closed by the time we arrived. The pool facilities were good and childrens playgrounds were also great.

the park close to the beach Actually, I am really surprised by the bad reviews. I have to say I was quite worried before my trip after seeing so many critical comments about cleanliness and rude staff. However, I found that the cleanliness was sufficient for a short stay — we couldn’t expect the level of a five-star hotel at this price. I lost my keycard but was able to get a replacement very easily. When I had trouble opening the door, the staff promptly helped me by replacing it with another one. The location of this place is really nice: there is a national park and a beach just next to the park, and you can reach the beach within 200 meters. What more could you expect? We had a wonderful weekend, and we will definitely come back!

Great location, dated facilities The facilities are very dated, the beds are really uncomfortable. The kitchen was missing a few key utensils like a spatula. The chopping board was very old and over used. The shower curtain fell off whilst my daughter was showering. A piece of wood on the porch was elevated. It felt unsafe

Alina&Mykyta&Ivanna Denk dat het goede weer geholpen heeft, en ook het feit dat mijn verjaardag tijdens de vakantie viel. De kinderen waren zo blij als twee kleine olifantjes en brachten me de mooiste bloemen die ze met de fiets zijn gaan halen😍🥹. Eén nacht hoorde ik iets krassen aan mijn raam en ik was er zeker van dat het vleermuizen waren, maar het was gewoon de wind 😂. Dat was net vóór het moment waarop de wind ging liggen, de zon begon te schijnen, en we twee dagen lang genoten van een strandvakantie met 15-20 graden begin april. Zalig! We houden van jullie en komen zeker terug.

Super location close to beach and beautiful views Improvement needed: Only on Thursday morning and Friday morning the engineer entered the house without pressing the bell first, while we were in the house. My wife did not like it and felt unsafe.. I mentioned it also to the controller on Friday.

Very relaxed, and fuss free accommodation

Good for short visit The beachhouse is a very nice. Beautiful location. It would have been nice if the table inside would have been a little bit bigger. The rooms and beds are good. Also a few details like fe a small carpet in front of the shower. A mirror in the toilet. A little bit more cutlery in the kitchen. Small things that would make worth a 8/9.

Please. Put more and correct way signs to the places. Eg rout 40 is missing and one sign in front is the road wrong due to a funny guy who eliminated the arrow. Toilet facilities very clean but so much old. A little bit more flexibility when asked to change a place would be expected if 70 percentage of the park is available.

All was perfect. As expected. Except for the inventory in the kitchen that was missing some plates and the tea pot. When I went to request the tea pot at the reception, the employee told me that they didnt have it one. No solution offered. For the rest, it was all good.

We enjoyed our stay but the memory is tainted by the fact that we are still waiting, after 4 weeks, for reimbursement for the hook up cable severed by the gardening company. The site has passed it onto the gardening company but we feel they Roompot should pay us and then claim from the gardening company. We have chased this several times and filled in a complaint form

Aussergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt Sehr geehrtes Roompot Beach Resort Team, mit unserem Chalet-Nr. 2551 sind wir bestens zufrieden gewesen. Wir sind vom 06.06. bis 20.06.2025 in Kamperland gewesen. Hatten TRAUMHAFT tolles, sonniges Wetter. Zeeland ist ein Paradies für Radfahrer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne, ruhige Anlage. Der Service war sehr gut. Wir hatten zwei Reklamationen, die während unserer Abwesenheit sofort erledigt wurden. Roompot Beach kann ich bestens weiter empfehlen. Freundliche Grüße Ludwig & Iris

Schönes Resort Gerne wieder!

Wij komen bijna ieder jaar terug op roompot beach resort. Vroeger al met onze kinderen en nu ook met onze kleinkinderen. Mijn ouders hebben vroeger een vaste plek gehad nog voor 1992. Daarna moesten ze verkassen. Voor ons is het altijd thuiskomen

Vakantie met peuter Owv onze kleinzoon van 18 maanden hadden we een kindvriendelijke bungalow geboekt, met vrij rustige ligging aan de rand van het park. We vonden het heel positief dat naast ons huisje een zandbank stond en dat de uitgangen van het straatje aan weerszijden werden afgesloten met een hekje. Helaas sloten die niet behoorlijk af maar toch kon onze peuter daardoor vrij veilig rondlopen daar. De bungalow zelf zou perfect zijn geweest voor een verblijf met een baby maar voor een net lopend, ondernemend kind vonden we het interieur wat krap en te vol. Daar hebben we ons op verkeken bij het boeken. De tafel bijv hebben we constant verhuisd omdat het kind er vaak tegenaan liep. Nog ivm de bungalow hadden we de pech/het geluk er in te verblijven met warm weer. Door de zuidligging van onze bungalow was het binnen overdag onaangenaam warm voor o.a.de dutjes van onze kleinzoon. De bungalows aan de overkant lagen, wat dat betreft, ideaal. We zijn op die reden een dag eerder vertrokken. We hadden ook enorm uitgekeken naar een bezoek aan het zwembad maar vonden het jammer dat het ploeterbad wat kaal was voor de kleinsten. Geen speeltuigen of speeltjes bijvoorbeeld. Ook het strand viel ons qua netheid wat tegen. Wel hebben we genoten van het fietsen langs het water en van de mooie omgeving. Verder vonden we het park heel druk geworden na onze eerste verblijf 12 jaar geleden met andere kleinkinderen waardoor we in de toekomst hier allicht niet meer terug keren.
