Not enough stuff translated in English or no English menus, also signs in Dutch last day asking us to do stuff I didnt understand, luckily my mum is dutch and translated for us as we didnt know what was going on or where we had to drop things off or what cam or cant be recycled as it was in Dutch too

Compared with previous visits, there is now a lot of cleaning to do (clean windows and toilets. Clean kitchen top to bottom!) I also do not like to think this has been done by previous guests and not housekeeping! For so much cleaning to be done by guests, check out is very early and check in very late. In our bedroom we had spider webs with thick dust and by the downstairs beds lots of dust and dirt. We stayed in a gated bungalow 257 and we loved this, it felt very safe for my children to play and lots of nice play equipment. Koos live was not as good, Koos used to be on stage for most of the 30 minutes unless it was very hot weather, now he does just 2 songs and gone back for one more and goodbye! The entertainment and restaurant staff are very nice and helpful. We had help from the bike hire shop and they were very helpful. Life guards are too strict, babies cannot be in the water out of a rubber ring even for a few minutes with their parents. Children cannot take armbands off to practise swimming. No jumping. No balls. It is supposed to be a fun pool! Midget golf is very old and boring. We did have a lovely time tho and are likely to come back.It is not all bad this is just some feedback.

We had a fabulous stay at the park. Everything was really lovely. Great atmosphere, lovely accommodation, friendly staff. Would be lovely if the pool was a bit bigger but we were very happy with our stay 😀

The first thing that comes to mind if the friendly staff at the reception. The nice location of our house. Sadly the beds were too soft and did give us a sore back after 5-6 days.

A bit arranged that we paid for end cleaning. Then we got a angry mail that we did not do the cleaning. And they charged us the cleaning fee. Which was already paid, so we do ms not need to pay extra. This was not zen

We zaten tussen de arbeidsmigranten. Dat geeft niet bepaald een vakantiegevoel. De bungalow was sfeerloos ingericht. Van buiten oogt het mooi, van binnen is het troosteloos. Er hing nog geen schilderijtje aan de muur in de huiskamer. Een paar smoezelige kussentjes op de bank. En de keuken uitzet hebben we alles eerst af moeten wassen. Alles was vies, vettig en plakkerig. De schoonmaakkosten vind ik buitensporig hoog!

Na de melding dat er niet gestofzuigd was en wel de stofzuiger midden id kamer stond had ik het attent gevonden als er iets was aangeboden ter compensatie al is het maar een drankje in het restaurant. Je betaalt wel ruim 2000 euro per week!

Heel mooi en fijn park. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader. Jammer dat speeltoestel bij het huisje buiten gebruik was. Huisje was vies bij aankomst meteen gestofzuigd en door de badkamer gepoetst. Zwembad was mooi en de kinderen hebben genoten. Jammer dat koos na afloop meteen weg moet en niet even de tijd heeft voor fotos. Alleen groeps foto.

Compleet park met fijne bungalows die goed ingedeeld zijn in een mooie groene omgeving. Genoeg privacy, sauna was top! Genoeg te doen voor de kinderen.

Het park ligt in een hele mooie groen rijke omgeving. Op het park zijn genoeg faciliteiten voor ieder wat wils. Speeltuin, zwembad, bowlen, speelhal en activiteiten voor kinderen. Restaurant was ook een dikke prima. Huisje was alleen erg teleurstellend. Ten eerste was het echt heel erg vies. Veel schimmel in badkamers en dikke lagen stof overal. Servies was niet schoon en overal voelde het vies aan. Zelf alles meteen schoongemaakt en na vertrek aan. Wij hebben het na het uitchecken gemeld i.v.m. drukke aankomst net kinderen en daarna was receptie dicht. Bij Bij de zelf eindschoonmaak zie je ook nog eens hoe vies het was. Verder was er een stoel kapot en was de lamp eraf. Het huisje mag wel vernieuwd worden en of opknap beurt gebruiken met een goeie schoonmaak.
