You may park your vehicle either at your accommodation or in the large car park at the entrance to the park. You may only park in the designated parking spaces, not on the grass.
Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the park reception when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.
For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products and cleaning instructions. If necessary, additional different instructions will be posted prominently in your accommodation.
Family and friends are more than welcome to visit. If your visitors are planning on spending the night we kindly ask them to report to the park reception (they will need to pay local taxes, which are charged per person, per night) and to park their vehicles in the main car park at the entrance to the park.
During high season check-in is from Monday to Friday until 17.00. Is it not possible for you to arrive at the reception desk within these opening times? Then get in touch with us by calling the following number: 0031 (0)111 675 100. During low season opening times of the reception desk vary. You are then able to announce your arrival through the intercom upon which you will receive a code for the safe where your key is stored.
You will find the Wi-Fi log-in code on the outside of the kitchen cupboard.

All of our guests have free admission to the subtropical swimming paradise De Roompot in Kamperland and the Zeeland Village swimming pool (you do not have free admission to De Parel in Domburg). You can pick up the pool passes during the opening hours of the reception.

If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
