Payment options at the park
You can only pay with a debit or credit card at the Service point. You can also pay cash in the restaurant.
Pets
Pets are allowed in some holiday accommodations. Always mention your pet when registering your travel group. You can bring a maximum of 2 dogs in pet-friendly holiday accommodations. Dogs should be kept on a leash at all times.
Parking
There are several parking zones at the park where you can park your car. It is not permitted to park on the grass. The park is located on a mountainside. Please do not forget to pull up your car's handbrake.
Electric cars
The park has a central charging point for electric cars. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available in your holiday accommodation. The login code can be found on the table.
Arrival
You can enter the holiday accommodation from 15.00. You will receive a text message on the day of arrival, on the telephone number provided. This post contains instructions on how to check in online.
Departure & administrative handling
Leaving your holiday accommodation neat and tidy
Off course, the holiday accommodation will be left neat and tidy. You don't have to do the final cleaning, we'll take care of that. In any case, when leaving, please be sure to do the following:
- Return (patio) furniture to where you originally found it.
- Remove the bedding and bring it to the linen container in the laundromat.
- Place the cleaned crockery back in the cupboard.
- Empty the refrigerator.
- Empty the bins and take the rubbish out to the park's waste disposal zone.
- There are separate bins for glass and non-recyclable rubbish.
Departure
Make sure you have left your holiday home by 10:00.
