Pets
In France, pet travel rules apply. Every pet must have a European pet passport, and a valid rabies vaccination. The pet must also be identifiable via a chip or tattoo. Dogs of category 1 and 2 are not welcome at the park. You can read which dogs they are on the website of the French Embassy. This will be checked upon arrival, so bring the vaccination card when checking in.
Arrivals, admission & check-in

On the day of arrival, check-in is possible between 16:00 and 18:00. Check-in is possible until 19:00 in July and August. If you arrive later, please contact reception on phone number 0033 (0)2 98 39 92 57.
Access to your holiday home
You will receive the key to enter your holiday home at reception. For the transfer of keys, we always check that we have received the payment of your stay with us on the account. The deposit of €300 will also be charged at this time. The deposit is preferably paid by credit card.
Departure & administrative handling
Leaving your holiday accommodation neat and tidy
Off course, the holiday accommodation will be left neat and tidy. If nothing is broken, lost or damaged, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Please hand in your key
Make sure you have left your holiday home by 10:00. The key can be handed in at reception.
Deposit refund
If you are leave early in the morning, before reception opening hours, the deposit will be refunded to your account within 28 days.
