Amounts due
Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.
Visitors
Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night.
Deposit
Upon arrival, reception may ask you to pay a deposit for your stay based on the group composition. The deposit is between €50 and €500 per stay.Arrival
You are welcome at our park from 16:00 onwards. You may check in until 17:00 on Mondays and Fridays. If you arrive on another day or after closing time of the Service point, please contact the Service point on tel.: 0031 (0)552470540.
