This luxurious detached villa sleeps 11 people. The extra spacious living room has a comfortable seating area with a separate television corner with smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a coffee cup machine for Nespresso cups. There are 5 spacious bedrooms in total, 2 of which are downstairs and 3 upstairs. All bedrooms barring 1 bedroom, have 2 single beds each. This bedroom has 3 single beds. There is adequate space in a number of the bedrooms for an extra camping cot. In total, the villa has 3 bathrooms, 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Downstairs is 1 ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower, 1 bathroom downstairs also has a toilet. Both on the ground floor and upstairs there is also a separate toilet. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating. Outside there is a large terrace with garden furniture. The house has 2 private parking spaces. You can use Wi-Fi for free during your stay.
Good to know: on the ground floor, the bedrooms, bathrooms and toilet are 3 steps lower than the living room. The television has streaming functions. This makes it possible to view apps from your phone or tablet directly on the television screen. You use your own accounts for this. The villa has been sustainably developed, completely gas-free, has a heat pump and solar panels (collective).
Extra nice: there is a stair gate upstairs. Also, in some homes of this type, 2 dogs are allowed. Bringing other pets or more than 2 dogs, is not allowed.
