The houses were extremely clean, the placement of the park also made it very easy to experience Zandvoort. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

Bad service. we couldnt checkin at 4pm and waited 75mns before we got to our house. then we got a house for special needs that we didnt requested. we called the reception and their reaction was: Is it too low for you?. Eventually we could move to another house but only after waiting until 7:15pm and I had to make the call if the house was ready! Really disappointing. It ruined our arrival/ first night, it wasnt pleasant for the kids and there was nothing from Roompot to make it up to us.

Christmas break for family visits Again an enjoyable stay at Roompot Zandvoort. Perfect location, just across the street of the beach. Houses have minimalist trendy furniture. Enough of space for our family of 3 and dog.

Very nice sunny short stay We were in Zandvoort for the weekend with my husband and our dog. We were lucky with the weather. Can absolutely recommend for dog owners.

We booked the coffee camp for one week (17.-24.9.24) and payed 6000€. The Kennemer Lodge is definitely too small for 6 people. Of course, if you read the explanations carefully you will recognize that before, but in our opinion you can offer this house only for four people, not for six. For this reason we knew we have to book another house we were suprised that there is not enough space.The staff was unfriendly, did not understand that it was a big problem for us, cause it was our wedding that we celebrated at the hippie fish and we promised enough beds to our inner circle that we invited to stay with us at roompot. No discount, no will to help us and it took us ages to get the other house.First collegue we reached on the 18th at the reception told us that we should come back later, cause she is new. We came back later and then the other collegue told us that now everything is fully booked. In the morning it was still possible to book a house online. We did not do that cause we thought its easier to get help from reception but nobody was really interested. I was nearly crying cause we were kind of desperate. After a long time of discussions we got this extra house from friday to monday for nearly 800€!!! and the collegue promised us an early checkin to compensate this mess. I did not ask for it, she offered it and we were thankful. When we came on friday to get the keys I told the women that we have an early checkin cause of all the trouble and so on. She didnt listen to me and gave me a lecture of what an early check in means and that nobody gets an early checkin if there is no receipt. To be honest, I was speechless. Then she gave the keys to me and said that she gonna do an exeption cause the house is already ready. I felt called down to be honest. We were asking for some extra towels which they gave us, but it was feelable that is was unintentionally. The other three houses and the coffee camp were really nice. Only minus at the coffee camp was that the coffee machine was not ready when we checked in and had to be cleaned. Of course, the machine has to be cleaned regulary during the stay but before checkin that should be done. Checkout time at ten is really early therefore that we had to clean everything by ourselves and put the linen off the beds. I hope this message helps you to improve your customer service and get your staff trained better for irregularaties.

Roompot Zandvoort Everything was great, the only thing to mention was the lack of cupboard space/storage in the bedrooms & where to store suitcases etc (little bit lack of room but not a big problem). Overall, I would definitively recommend Roompot to everyone & we will definitely be back next year!

breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape I recently stayed in a beautifully maintained home within a well-kept residence, and I was thoroughly impressed. The modern design of the space, combined with its stunning beachfront location, made for an unforgettable experience. Waking up to the sunrise right outside the window was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen, which had all the essentials for preparing meals. The bedrooms were lovely, and the spacious shower added an extra touch of luxury. I highly recommend this property—it’s truly a convenient and exceptional place to stay!

Two bedroom windows leaked during a rain storm. It appears to be a regular problem arising due to poor quality construction materials. We were nicely compensated for the inconvenience, and the maintenance staff were very helpful and professional

Nice service at check-in. Good equipment, glasses, plates etc in kitchen. Little small bedrooms but its okay.

Lovely stay and perfect location We stayed here as a couple and with friends.. our main reason for our stay was The Luminosity Beach Festival, which is only a 15 minute walk from Roompot. Lovely onsite shop with friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely be using Roompot again 😊

Location is excellent Roompot zandvoort was closer to the Luminosity venue compared to the Roompot Bloemendaal we stayed in last year

It had all the space and essentials needed. Was very close to the event and easy to find. We loved it. Tried to book again straight away but it looks like it is booked up for next year 🙁

Everything was fine: the house, the fact that the beds were made, the beach and it was also very nice for the dogs.

Schöne Anlage Netter kleiner Park. Wir hatten ein Haus für 6 Personen, Küche soweit gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem, Sauberkeit im Haus in Ordnung, aussenbereich müsste mehr gepflegt werden.Spülmaschine könnte eine Wartung vertragen und das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Top huisjes, heerlijk dichtbij de zee! Het was de 5e keer op dit park. De huisjes zijn erg gezellig ingericht en ruim. Was een genot is, is dat je de weg oversteekt en dat je al aan het strand zit. Op het park weinig faciliteiten, maar dat is ook niet nodig omdat alles dichtbij is. Schoonmaak was deze keer iets minder, normaal prima voor elkaar!

Roompot Zandvoort voorjaar 2025 Helaas geen horeca op park zelf. Dus ook enkel maar 1 wc bij receptie. Receptie en mini markt ook om 18.00 dicht. Alternatief is beachclub. Maar daar is personeels te kort. Huisje was ook niet heel goed schoon gemaakt. Ligging wel goed. Dicht bij strand. En zowel Zandvoort centrum als Bloemendaal aan Zee is te lopen.

Zandvoort Erg jammer dat het restaurant dicht is, parkeren op dag van vertrek is drama. Omdat meerdere gasten zich niet aan de parkeerregels houden

Zandvoort De ligging, in de duinen,vlakbij het strand en ruimte voor de hond. Ook een net park!

Obwohl die Hütten so dicht nebeneinander liegen, fühlt man sich geschützt Die Gäste sind unglaublich hundefreundlich und entspannt, jeder nimmt Rücksicht. Die Wege sind sehr kurz, hilft beim Be- und Endladen. Es ist sehr entspannt. Diese Woche war es auch sehr ruhig. Ein Wassermapf an der Rezeption wäre toll gewesen, ein Napf in den Hütten wäre auch toll.

Heerlijk park, rustig en niet te groot. Huisje met veel licht en eigen tuin is luxe en netjes ingericht.

Toller Familienurlaub!! Sehr schöne Einrichtung der Lodge, viel Platz, Strandnah! Hat Schwiegereltern sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Jammer - Het huisje was niet schoon, eerder vies; was er überhaupt gepoetst? - wasbakken vies, afvalemmer op de deksel een dikke laag stof, op de grond vlekken, lichtschakelaars vies (wilden we niet aanraken), besteklade tussen het bestek kruimels en haren, het fornuis vies, badkamervloer niet gezogen, slaapkamers gezogen? - Licht in de slaapkamer kapot - Trekker in de Badkamer ging tijdens verblijf kapot en er kwam veel vuil uit de steel - De laatste dag ging ook de lamp boven de eettafel uit.

Tolle Zeit im Roompot Zandvoort! Wir sind schon einige Male hier gewesen und es ist jedes Mal sehr schön, vielen Dank!

Super vakantie! Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Een super leuk huisje, ook heel leuk dat er buiten het huisje ook gewoon zand ligt waar je kan zitten zodat je het gevoel hebt dat je op het strand zit! De ligging van het park was ook super je hoefde alleen de weg over te steken en je was al op het strand. De mensen van de receptie waren ook super vriendelijk. Wij hebben echt super genoten van onze vakantie dat we echt met tegenzin weer naar huis gingen. Wij zullen zeker vaker bij jullie op vakantie gaan!

Grundsätzlich hatten wir sehr schöne Tage, Staub und Spinnenweben haben etwas gestört, ansonsten war das Haus nett eingerichtet und praktisch. Kinder oben hören natürlich alles, da keine Tür vorhanden. Küche ist super 👍🏼 tolles kleines Häuschen in einem kleinen Park, wo Kinder sich sehr schnell zurecht finden.
