Downstairs, you will find the living room, which features a smart TV, and the kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and more. There is one bedroom with a two single beds and an adjoining bathroom with a walk in shower. There are 5 bedrooms on the first floor each with two single beds . All these bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms are provided with a television. Furthermore, the villa has two separate toilets. Outside is a garden with terrace and garden furniture. The villa is located on the water (with opportunities for fishing), has its own jetty and comes with the use of two sloops from March to the end of October. The villa has five parking spaces, one with an electric charging station. Wi-Fi is free of charge.
