Stunning villas but poor surroundings The beach villa’s were great, really nicely designed & had everything needed inside. The beach itself also great - particularly when the weather was good. However I found the communication poor & the staff really unfriendly, we are English so there is a language barrier but still not good. We also thought the wider area is really run down, restaurants look tired & broken, the museums all shut down- pretty bleak really.

Ship-Spotters Dream I was there for ship-spotting, it is the best place in the world for my hobby. My only problem was i could not stop looking out of my window including whenever i woke at night, i am a very light sleeper so it was very often😂

The perfect stay We had the perfect long weekend. The houses are fantastic. modern, everything you need and a view to die for! We were lucky with the weather, yes, but this location is amazing with any kind of weather. The beach cafes are much closer by then we thought. All in all and must to do for everyone. And the best thing - I could bring my favorite child - 2 year old dachshund Billie ;)

Everything we needed for our stay was in the house , very clever space saving furniture & generally well organized . Great view. Lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance .

The villa was very cozy and we love the experiencie We recently stayed at this beautiful beach villa, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa is incredibly cozy, with comfortable furnishings and charming décor that added to the relaxing vibe. The proximity to the beach made our stay even more special; we could enjoy morning walks and a amazing sunsets.

Great Stay Nice facilities, easy to get to and check in and out was very easy

Great for a weekend but do not have too high expectations The location is great directly on the beach, especially if you have children. You have great beach bars right next to the houses. Some of them even have playgrounds for kids. Also the water & beach are perfect for children. Due to the many dogs, dog poo is literally everywhere. So you do have to look out for it but nothing Roompot can influence. Air quality was during our stay bad (7 on Apple Weather – which is the lowest possible rating), which we actually never have experienced before although we live in a very large city. This is due to the large ships going to Rotterdam harbour. However, for a weekend it does not really matter. The accommodation was equipped with extremely basic furniture that was worn down. I would have expected something else for an accommodation that you pay ~300 EUR / night for. At least some better blankets & mattresses would have been nice. What I liked was the large amount of towels – that was extremely handy.

Excellent getaway for families Very cozy houses with plenty space for big families. I like support of reception and thank you finding my wedding ring!!!

Very nice stay a very nice experience for the children, especially the proximity to the beach and port , this incredibly great view, the opportunity for children to play in the sand until late in the evening. Cleanliness was okay (neither too positive nor too negative). unfortunately not much emphasis is placed on waste separation in Rotterdam, which is a big waste. Above all, we had breakfast packages where each pastry was individually wrapped in plastic. Whats also a pity is that the cards in the beach bars are only in Dutch. Because our children get up at around 6 a.m., the breakfast service from 9 a.m. was quite late for us... above all, the delivery was delayed by almost 30 minutes on one day. Nevertheless, we will definitely travel there again

Amazing week at the North Sea The amazing advantage of the Beach Villa’s Hoek van Holland is staying directly on the beach. It is perfect as for family with kids (they played whole day at the sand) and for us (romantic sunset, sleeping room with the sea’s view).

Hoek van Holland vacation It was our first stay with Roompot. We were pleased with overall condition of the property, friendly stuff and neighborhood. Also there are plenty of the restaurants and children playgrounds nearby. We had even an electric charger with a good rate! Overall all looks good or better than in a pictures. We liked a lot our beach holiday, will come back there soon!

Fijne mei vakantie. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie met de (klein)kinderen en de hond op een prachtig plekje op het strand. En ook nog eens prachtig weer. We konden genieten van de boten die langs kwamen. Genieten van de vele strandtenten . Kortom een heerlijke week voor ons allemaal.

Review meivakantie gezin met kinderen Top locatie, luxe huisjes, mooi interieur, schoon, opgemaakte bedden en handdoeken beschikbaar. Eigenlijk alleen maar pluspunten. Tip is wel om de vaat een keer weer helemaal schoon te spoelen. Eigenlijk was elk bord en glas wel vies dat we pakten en dat past niet maar de rest van de kwaliteit.

Heerlijke midweek gehad De locatie is fantastisch zo op de hoek uitkijkend op de nieuwe waterweg. De huisjes zijn modern en schoon. Veel ruimte met alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. De klantenservice is heel goed. Als iets op is komen ze meteen nieuw brengen.

Dichtbij het strand! We vonden het heerlijk om zo dicht bij het strand te zitten met alle benodigde faciliteiten. We hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de omliggende horeca, maar ook in het huisje waren alle gemakken aanwezig.

Strandhaus Roompot in Hoek van Holland Super Lage mit sofortigem Zugang und Blick auf Strand und mehr. Sehr komfortable, top ausgestattete und schöne Häuser mit zwei Terrassen.

War sehr schön, jedoch sind die Einrichtungen teilweise sehr verschlissen ( Sitzgarnitar ). Der Fernseher hatte auch öfters keine Verbindung. Aber sonst war alles bestens !

Het was precies zoals beschreven. Alles aanwezig zoals geboekt, alles werkte. Prima!

Im Haus war es sehr schmutzig. Die Spülmaschine war so verdreckt, dass sie das Geschirr nicht mehr reinigte und alles von Hand gewaschen werden musste. Auch gab es nur ein Bettbezug, sodass mein Mann einfach unter der Decke schlief

Ein schöner Urlaub Das Haus war gut ausgestattet aber es war nicht alles sauber: Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, leicht klebrige Küchenutensilien. Sonst war aber alles da was man so braucht. Die Aussicht ist natürlich super. Es wäre klasse wenn es die Brötchen schon ab 8Uhr gäbe.

Die Lage war perfekt. Direkt am Strand war es wunderschön und genauso wie ich mir das gewünscht habe. Leider war das Haus sehr schmutzig bei unserer Ankunft. Unter den Betten lag Staub, die Böden waren nur grob gewischt, auf dem Esstisch lag noch Sand. Und die Möblierung ist auch schon sehr mitgenommen an vielen Stellen. Trotzdem ist die Lage zur Erholung perfekt und ein Paradies für Kinder und die ganze Familie.

Eén ding is zeker, het is niet goedkoop. En geen fatsoenlijke bank, we waren met zn drieen en een hond, maar deze huisjes kan je niet verhuren voor 6 personen, althans dan haak ik af. Internet viel steeds weg, was er op koningsdag maar heb de koning niet gezien op tv. Douche was oke, keuken ook, maar bedden ben je na 3 nachten wel zat. Maar wij hadden mooi weer en dat maakt de vakantie.... Gaan vast nog wel eens! Groet Familie Snijder huisje 69 met t koningsweekend.

Zeer prettig verblijf Verblijf was zeer prettig, met name de ligging aan de zee was zeer aangenaam, zowel overdag als s avonds. Het winkelcentrum was ook op een prettige loop en rijafstand. Veel leuke Beach Restaurants in de directe omgeving.

Rundum wunderbar! Die Lage sowie die Umgebung und auch der unkomplizierte Ablauf nach Check out (man muss nicht extra alles putzen etc) waren super! Auch die vorhandenen Utensilien (Handtücher, Küche Handtücher, Spülmittel, schwamm, etc. macht den Ablauf sehr angenehm, das ist nicht bei allen Ferienhausanbietern im Paket inklusive.) Die Rezeption war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Heerlijke plek midden op het strand Wanneer je met meer dan 4 zou ik meer kamers willen en wc apart. Tevens de waterstraal uit de douche kan echt sterker. Wil je voor zes koken is de kracht van het fornuis te matig. Zes koppen koffie zetten met dit koffiezetapparaat is erg onhandig. Los hiervan is de plek geweldig! Staat en bouw van het huis is uitstekend. Mogelijkheden om te genieten van de omgeving zijn er genoeg. En fijn dat er een hond welkom is. Wij komen zeker terug.

1 Woche Beach Villa Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund, lange Spaziergänge, leckeres Essen in den Restaurationen.

over het algeheel fijn De ligging maakt de plek al vind ik de houtbouw best mooi. We hadden prachtig weer en dat is op die bestemming de grootste wens. Ik vond qua interieur en meubilair de boel best wel afgeleefd. De bank was op zn eind en het houtwerk bladderde, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Toch vind ik dit in de prijs kwaliteitsverhouding niet helemaal ok het afgeleefde van het huis. Er hing zowel bij de wasbak als in de douche een handwash. Dat hoort denk ik niet. Dank

Gute Raumaufteilung, wobei die Couch etwas klein war. Die Abflüsse im Bad waren nicht so gut, aber bei dem Sand nicht verwunderlich. Der Rest vom Bad war gut! Die Betten und Ablagemöglichkeiten in allen Räumen waren gut. Gut, das ein Staubsauger vor Ort war.
