The villa wasn’t clean at all. We also would have appreciated if there would be a sun protection (umbrella) and a table for dining outside.
The luggage service for departure could be more flexibel so that we could leave earlier than 10 am

The Houses are very clean and well maintained. Staff is smiling and friendly. And the practical information received during booking and before arrival (times, access codes, key access after closing of reception) is impeccable. Thank you. See you next time.

Parking war zu weit weg. Wir fahren gerne jeden Tag wo hin bei Regen mit Kinder zu Fuß zu weit. Shuttel service wäre gut. Restaurants war sehr sehr schmutzig und nicht sehr Einladend. Außer Strand quasi keine Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Bei schlechtem Wetter schwer die Zeit um zu kriegen. Indoor Spielplatz oder minimum ein schöner Spielplatz außen bei den Häuser wäre schön. Frühstück ab 09h00 zu spät für uns. Auch da wäre Service beim Haus schön.

We loved the location, which is wonderful for small children. However, the flat was not clean, and it was clear it hadnt been cleaned properly for a loooong time. This made the stay much less enjoyable. Had it been clean, it would probably have been quite perfect. Considering how expensive a 3 night stay is, we were expecting a much higher standard for these villas.

It would be a good idea to install blinds which can block out the sun. Early mornings were very bright in the house

New extras such as towels, coffees, teas, pick up at the end and option to leave dishes in dishwasher greatly added to the luxury experience. Super staff!
