Ship-Spotters Dream I was there for ship-spotting, it is the best place in the world for my hobby. My only problem was i could not stop looking out of my window including whenever i woke at night, i am a very light sleeper so it was very often😂

The perfect stay We had the perfect long weekend. The houses are fantastic. modern, everything you need and a view to die for! We were lucky with the weather, yes, but this location is amazing with any kind of weather. The beach cafes are much closer by then we thought. All in all and must to do for everyone. And the best thing - I could bring my favorite child - 2 year old dachshund Billie ;)

Everything we needed for our stay was in the house , very clever space saving furniture & generally well organized . Great view. Lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance .

The villa was very cozy and we love the experiencie We recently stayed at this beautiful beach villa, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa is incredibly cozy, with comfortable furnishings and charming décor that added to the relaxing vibe. The proximity to the beach made our stay even more special; we could enjoy morning walks and a amazing sunsets.

Great Stay Nice facilities, easy to get to and check in and out was very easy

Great for a weekend but do not have too high expectations The location is great directly on the beach, especially if you have children. You have great beach bars right next to the houses. Some of them even have playgrounds for kids. Also the water & beach are perfect for children. Due to the many dogs, dog poo is literally everywhere. So you do have to look out for it but nothing Roompot can influence. Air quality was during our stay bad (7 on Apple Weather – which is the lowest possible rating), which we actually never have experienced before although we live in a very large city. This is due to the large ships going to Rotterdam harbour. However, for a weekend it does not really matter. The accommodation was equipped with extremely basic furniture that was worn down. I would have expected something else for an accommodation that you pay ~300 EUR / night for. At least some better blankets & mattresses would have been nice. What I liked was the large amount of towels – that was extremely handy.

Excellent getaway for families Very cozy houses with plenty space for big families. I like support of reception and thank you finding my wedding ring!!!

Very nice stay a very nice experience for the children, especially the proximity to the beach and port , this incredibly great view, the opportunity for children to play in the sand until late in the evening. Cleanliness was okay (neither too positive nor too negative). unfortunately not much emphasis is placed on waste separation in Rotterdam, which is a big waste. Above all, we had breakfast packages where each pastry was individually wrapped in plastic. Whats also a pity is that the cards in the beach bars are only in Dutch. Because our children get up at around 6 a.m., the breakfast service from 9 a.m. was quite late for us... above all, the delivery was delayed by almost 30 minutes on one day. Nevertheless, we will definitely travel there again

Amazing week at the North Sea The amazing advantage of the Beach Villa’s Hoek van Holland is staying directly on the beach. It is perfect as for family with kids (they played whole day at the sand) and for us (romantic sunset, sleeping room with the sea’s view).

Hoek van Holland vacation It was our first stay with Roompot. We were pleased with overall condition of the property, friendly stuff and neighborhood. Also there are plenty of the restaurants and children playgrounds nearby. We had even an electric charger with a good rate! Overall all looks good or better than in a pictures. We liked a lot our beach holiday, will come back there soon!

Wie immer schön Mit Kind und Hund in der Jahreszeit nur zu empfehlen. Anreise und Abreise ist immer etwas schwierig, da man mit seinem Gepäck (teilweise weit) zum Haus laufen muss. Gepäckservice wäre allerdings möglich. zum Haus mit

Kommen wieder! Alles ist gut organisiert und die Räumlichkeiten angemessen, insbesondere der Standort ist einfach genial!

Gerne wieder! Besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern Mit Kindern ist es einfach nur ideal, eine Unterkunft direkt am Strand zu haben, wir haben nicht mit Sack und pack zum Strand laufen müssen (keien wechselkleidung, wickeltasche, Snacks, Sonnencreme ect) weil man einfach sofort wieder zum Haus kann. Die strandbuden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe mehrere zur Auswahl. Also auch perfekt. Das Haus und die Ausstattung war sehr schön! Großes Badezimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche. Lediglich am Abreise Tag kam ein unangenehmer Geruch der Raffinerie rüber.

Tolle Lage am Strand Die Villen sind nach Eigentümerwechsel nicht weiter renoviert worden. Das Sofa war sehr abgenutzt. Die Matratzen waren komplett mit einem Gummibezug versehen. Dies ist sehr unangenehm und sollte besser mit einer Alternative aus Baumwolle oder ähnlichem ausgetauscht werden (man übernachtet ja nicht in einem Seniorenheim). Positiv war, dass ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt wurden.

Kleine Auszeit vom Alltag Sehr schön eingerichtet, es ist alles neu und vorhanden. Besonders schön fanden wir den Balkon, ein traumhafter Blick über den Strand zum Sonnenuntergang.

Beter dan dit wordt het niet We zijn hier nu 3x geweest. Elke keer is het weer top. Uitzicht op zee. De kinderen kunnen lekker op het strand spelen. Het huisje is comfortabel en compleet.

Wij vinden het erg prettig om naar zee te gaan. Hoe fijn is het dan dat je huisje op het strand staat. En een erg groot pluspunt, je kan er het hele jaar naar toe.

Beach villa Mooie interactie met de natuur!!

Strand pur Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Häuser sind total gemütlich und vor allem mit Hund ist es einfach nur wunderbar. Lecker Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und Rotterdam in wenigen Minuten mit dem Zug erreichbar.

In een woord fantastisch! Fantastisch om op het strand te verblijven! Dit geeft zo een enorm vakantiegevoel! Zeezicht, je eigen terras op het strand, turen naar de enorme schepen die langskomen, de zon onder zien gaan...

Die Beachvillas waren bei Ankunft sauber, geräumig und gut zu erreichen. Das Inventar war -vermutlich aufgrund der Witterung- bereits etwas heruntergekommen aber durchaus noch ansehnlich. Die Schlafräume waren sehr komfortabel und der Blick aufs Meer einfach wunderschön. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut zu erreichen und die Gastronomie am Strand z.T. sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in allem haben wir uns wunderbar erholt. Die Hafeneinfahrt ist ebenfalls ein Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bis auf die Couch war alles perfekt wie immer. War jetzt schon zum 3 mal bei Euch und es werden noch weitere Besuche folgen.

Fijne vakantie woning, hond vriendelijk. Jammer dat er geen wc boven is voor oudere mensen in de nacht .

Heel fijn vakantie verblijf in de voorjaarsvakantie Allereerst was t fantastisch weer, de huisjes met interieur en toe behoren vinden wij helemaal fijn. Lekker dicht bij eet gelegenheden en terrasjes . En niet ver van huis
