Stunning villas but poor surroundings The beach villa’s were great, really nicely designed & had everything needed inside. The beach itself also great - particularly when the weather was good. However I found the communication poor & the staff really unfriendly, we are English so there is a language barrier but still not good. We also thought the wider area is really run down, restaurants look tired & broken, the museums all shut down- pretty bleak really.

Ship-Spotters Dream I was there for ship-spotting, it is the best place in the world for my hobby. My only problem was i could not stop looking out of my window including whenever i woke at night, i am a very light sleeper so it was very often😂

The perfect stay We had the perfect long weekend. The houses are fantastic. modern, everything you need and a view to die for! We were lucky with the weather, yes, but this location is amazing with any kind of weather. The beach cafes are much closer by then we thought. All in all and must to do for everyone. And the best thing - I could bring my favorite child - 2 year old dachshund Billie ;)

Everything we needed for our stay was in the house , very clever space saving furniture & generally well organized . Great view. Lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance .

The villa was very cozy and we love the experiencie We recently stayed at this beautiful beach villa, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa is incredibly cozy, with comfortable furnishings and charming décor that added to the relaxing vibe. The proximity to the beach made our stay even more special; we could enjoy morning walks and a amazing sunsets.

Great Stay Nice facilities, easy to get to and check in and out was very easy

Great for a weekend but do not have too high expectations The location is great directly on the beach, especially if you have children. You have great beach bars right next to the houses. Some of them even have playgrounds for kids. Also the water & beach are perfect for children. Due to the many dogs, dog poo is literally everywhere. So you do have to look out for it but nothing Roompot can influence. Air quality was during our stay bad (7 on Apple Weather – which is the lowest possible rating), which we actually never have experienced before although we live in a very large city. This is due to the large ships going to Rotterdam harbour. However, for a weekend it does not really matter. The accommodation was equipped with extremely basic furniture that was worn down. I would have expected something else for an accommodation that you pay ~300 EUR / night for. At least some better blankets & mattresses would have been nice. What I liked was the large amount of towels – that was extremely handy.

Excellent getaway for families Very cozy houses with plenty space for big families. I like support of reception and thank you finding my wedding ring!!!

Very nice stay a very nice experience for the children, especially the proximity to the beach and port , this incredibly great view, the opportunity for children to play in the sand until late in the evening. Cleanliness was okay (neither too positive nor too negative). unfortunately not much emphasis is placed on waste separation in Rotterdam, which is a big waste. Above all, we had breakfast packages where each pastry was individually wrapped in plastic. Whats also a pity is that the cards in the beach bars are only in Dutch. Because our children get up at around 6 a.m., the breakfast service from 9 a.m. was quite late for us... above all, the delivery was delayed by almost 30 minutes on one day. Nevertheless, we will definitely travel there again

Amazing week at the North Sea The amazing advantage of the Beach Villa’s Hoek van Holland is staying directly on the beach. It is perfect as for family with kids (they played whole day at the sand) and for us (romantic sunset, sleeping room with the sea’s view).

Hoek van Holland vacation It was our first stay with Roompot. We were pleased with overall condition of the property, friendly stuff and neighborhood. Also there are plenty of the restaurants and children playgrounds nearby. We had even an electric charger with a good rate! Overall all looks good or better than in a pictures. We liked a lot our beach holiday, will come back there soon!

Mai 2025 Preis Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt für die Beach Villa. Es war sehr viel Schimmel an der Decke über der Dusche und auch in der Dusche selbst. Das interior war schon recht abgenutzt (Zb Bei der Couch löste sich das Leder auf der Sitzfläche) Dann hieß es ab 15 Uhr Check in und wir mussten noch 30 Minuten vor der Villa warten weil diese nicht fertig war. Mit Baby war das ein wenig ungünstig.

Hundeurlaub im Mai Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden mit Roompot und unser Hund konnte auch sehr happy am Strand toben.

Zalig op het strand! Vooral de ligging zo direct op het strand heeft me echt verrast, was veel leuker dan ik me had voorgesteld.

Schön Wir waren rundum zufrieden

Sehr zufrieden mit kleinen Einschränkungen Die Beach Villa’s sind super gelegen, sehr schön gestaltet. Leider waren sie nicht so perfekt gereinigt. Schimmel in der Dusche, Schmutz in und an den Schränken. Eine sehr freundliche Reinigunhskraft hat das dann schnell behoben

Echt genoten! Prachtige plek, schoon huis en strand. Keuken prima uitgerust. Rust maar toch ook veel te zien van de schepen die voorbijvaren. Genoeg mogelijkheden om lekker te eten en drinken op loopafstand. Prettige ervaring met de receptie. Ontbijt boven verwachting goed!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und es war einfach wieder traumhaft…..vor allem mit Hund! Wie kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Bof Déçue sur la communication! Presque pas d’info concernant le parking, nous arrivions un peu plus tard, on a du demander les infos pour la boîte à clé sinon on ne les recevait pas.. on a du nous mêmes trouver le parking pour les visiteurs… on n’avait même pas de contact d’urgences si on avait un problème.. on commande les petits pains la veille pour le lendemain, comme c’est prévu, et la en arrivant le matin, on nous annonce que le système a eu un problème et que donc ils ont pas commandé les petits pains parce que notre nom et notre numéro de bungalow ne s’est pas affiché sur leur bon de commande (alors que je l’avais écrit !!!) alors franchement on avait commandé 5 petits trucs, même si notre nom ne s’est pas affiché sur le bon de commande, pourquoi n’ont ils pas quand même commandé les pains en se disant que les personnes qui avaient commandés ce seraient quand même présentés ??!! Et là aucune compensation, aucun geste commercial, à part nous proposer d aller déjeuner au Beach club qui coûte un bras ou bien d’acheter des petits pains degueu à chauffer au micro onde… vous faites genre que vous êtes un au standing mais service nul ! Je suis déçue. Si je recommande c’est juste pour la vue et le bungalow mais sinon le service jamais de la vie!!!

Werden Alt Wir kommen seit 4 Jahren und müssen sagen das die Villen in die Jahre kommen sind . Vom Standard her haben Villen abgenommen. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht mehr. Ansonsten wie immer Top.

Ligging huis was heel mooi, pal op het strand. 1 minpunt: Deur naar terras was stuk waardoor deze niet dubbel open kon. Receptie gaf aan dat ze dat al wisten en er nu niets aan te doen was. Dat vind ik zeer teleurstellend, zeker omdat het al bekend was, dat voelde niet goed!

Bijzondet Bijzonder om wakker te worden met uitzicht op strand/ zee

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön am Strand gelegen, und man kann direkt ans Meer. Allerdings ist erkennbar, dass die Unterkünfte schon oft und intensiv genutzt wurden. Alles in allem sind es tolle Häuser, die sauber gehalten werden und in gutem Zustand sind.

Super verblijf Alles zeer goedkoop geregeld, proper en mooie ligging. Gewoon TOP!

Genieten voor het hele gezin Goed ingericht. Fantastisch uitzicht. Goede bedden. Terrasmeubilair aanwezig. Voldoende keuze in de buurt om lekker te eten en te relaxen.

Ich komme wieder! :) Super nettes Personal, gut strukturierte Abläufe (was den Gepäck-Transport und Frühstücks-Service angeht zum Beispiel), tolles Haus, moderne Einrichtung, sehr sauber. Highlight ist das Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon!

Beach Villa 47 Das Haus war sehr schön und komfortabel. In der näheren Umgebung gab es gute Restaurants. Alles in allem ein gelungener Kurzurlaub am und immer mit Blick aufs Meer.

Urlaub Hoek van Holland Die Lage der Unterkunft ist der Wahnsinn. Der Service beim Check-in und Check-out war reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Die Betten könnten etwas breiter sein oder zumindest ein Doppelbett, anstatt 2 Einzelbetten. Es könnten etwas mehr Parkmöglichkeiten beim Check-In und Check-Out geben. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Die Zeit vor Ort war wundervoll!
