Stunning villas but poor surroundings The beach villa’s were great, really nicely designed & had everything needed inside. The beach itself also great - particularly when the weather was good. However I found the communication poor & the staff really unfriendly, we are English so there is a language barrier but still not good. We also thought the wider area is really run down, restaurants look tired & broken, the museums all shut down- pretty bleak really.

Ship-Spotters Dream I was there for ship-spotting, it is the best place in the world for my hobby. My only problem was i could not stop looking out of my window including whenever i woke at night, i am a very light sleeper so it was very often😂

The perfect stay We had the perfect long weekend. The houses are fantastic. modern, everything you need and a view to die for! We were lucky with the weather, yes, but this location is amazing with any kind of weather. The beach cafes are much closer by then we thought. All in all and must to do for everyone. And the best thing - I could bring my favorite child - 2 year old dachshund Billie ;)

Everything we needed for our stay was in the house , very clever space saving furniture & generally well organized . Great view. Lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance .

The villa was very cozy and we love the experiencie We recently stayed at this beautiful beach villa, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa is incredibly cozy, with comfortable furnishings and charming décor that added to the relaxing vibe. The proximity to the beach made our stay even more special; we could enjoy morning walks and a amazing sunsets.

Great for a weekend but do not have too high expectations The location is great directly on the beach, especially if you have children. You have great beach bars right next to the houses. Some of them even have playgrounds for kids. Also the water & beach are perfect for children. Due to the many dogs, dog poo is literally everywhere. So you do have to look out for it but nothing Roompot can influence. Air quality was during our stay bad (7 on Apple Weather – which is the lowest possible rating), which we actually never have experienced before although we live in a very large city. This is due to the large ships going to Rotterdam harbour. However, for a weekend it does not really matter. The accommodation was equipped with extremely basic furniture that was worn down. I would have expected something else for an accommodation that you pay ~300 EUR / night for. At least some better blankets & mattresses would have been nice. What I liked was the large amount of towels – that was extremely handy.

Excellent getaway for families Very cozy houses with plenty space for big families. I like support of reception and thank you finding my wedding ring!!!

Very nice stay a very nice experience for the children, especially the proximity to the beach and port , this incredibly great view, the opportunity for children to play in the sand until late in the evening. Cleanliness was okay (neither too positive nor too negative). unfortunately not much emphasis is placed on waste separation in Rotterdam, which is a big waste. Above all, we had breakfast packages where each pastry was individually wrapped in plastic. Whats also a pity is that the cards in the beach bars are only in Dutch. Because our children get up at around 6 a.m., the breakfast service from 9 a.m. was quite late for us... above all, the delivery was delayed by almost 30 minutes on one day. Nevertheless, we will definitely travel there again

Amazing week at the North Sea The amazing advantage of the Beach Villa’s Hoek van Holland is staying directly on the beach. It is perfect as for family with kids (they played whole day at the sand) and for us (romantic sunset, sleeping room with the sea’s view).

Hoek van Holland vacation It was our first stay with Roompot. We were pleased with overall condition of the property, friendly stuff and neighborhood. Also there are plenty of the restaurants and children playgrounds nearby. We had even an electric charger with a good rate! Overall all looks good or better than in a pictures. We liked a lot our beach holiday, will come back there soon!

Een heerlijk weekend aan het strand Een heerlijk verblijf, zo direct aan het strand. We hebben genoten! Ook hebben we het ontbijt (compleet) besteld… een absolute aanrader! Fantastisch… complimenten aan Bakkerij vd Berg!

Mooie goed verzorgde accomodatie op fantastische strandlocatie, heerlijk zonnig weer en fenomenaal uitzicht op de Nieuwe Waterweg en alle voorbijgaande zeeschepen. Een levend panorama vanuit woonkamer, slaapkamer, balkon of verranda dat dag en nacht doorgaat, en nooit verveeld. Verder was de accomodatie tot in de puntjes verzord (zoals vaatwasser, grote retro koelkast, 2 hoofdkussens en badlakens p.p., handzeep bij aanrecht, wastafel en in douche)

Das Haus ist schön,jedoch könnte man die Sauberkeit arbeiten.

Aufenthalt über den 1.Mai Feiertag 2025 die Villa war sehr edel eingerichtet, die Lage war so wie in der Werbung gezeigt, das hat uns gefreut. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren eine große Erleichterung.

Perfekte Lage Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Strand. Durch diese exklusive Lage sind wir als Reisegruppe sehr zufrieden und glücklich, ganz egal wie evtl. das Wetter ist. Durch die großen Panoramafenster konnte man immer das Meer sehen.Das Haus ist mt allem nötigen ausgestattet, es fehlt lediglich ein Windschutz, den wir uns gern ausgeliehen hätten.

Eine tolle Idee, Häuser direkt am Strand buchen zu können. Sand und Wasser ist alles, was Kinder brauchen und die Eltern haben abends auch die Möglichkeit, wenn die Kinder schlafen, den Sonnenuntergang auf der windgeschützten Terrasse zu genießen. Wir hatten erst Angst, dass Nachbarn laut sein könnten und die Kinder dann nicht schlafen. Wir hatten aber den Eindruck, dass bei der Vergabe der Hausnummern darauf geachtet wurde. Neben uns war auch eine deutschsprachige Familie mit ungefähr gleichaltrigen Kindern. Das war ganz toll. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen mit Kindern.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Ein-und Auschecken waren problemlos.

Wiedermal ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß, zumindestens meiner Meinung nach. Schade ist nur, das sich die Toilette unten befindet und der Schlafraum oben.

Perfekter Strandurlaub mit Hund oder Kind Tolles Haus , unbezahlbare Lage, ein Hundeparadies,gemütlich,gute Heizung -winterkompatibel, sauber und ordentlich bei Anreise, hochwertige Ausstattung, Sehr freundliche Damen am Infodesk,auch nach Feierabend über die Hotline sofort Support bekommen und Problem gelöst! Toller Urlaub incl. Top Restaurant am Strand dazu! 5 Sterne!!!

Genoten van mijn verblijf op Beach Villa Wat ik zo belangrijk vind, is dat de accomodatie altijd schoon en fris is. In de keuken is alles aanwezig zoals thuis. Je hoeft geen eigen handdoeken mee te nemen, ze zijn groot en schoon. De matrassen liggen heerlijk en ook de kussens liggen perfect!!. Fijne eet- en ontbijt hoek. En niet te vergeten die fijne ruime koelkast! Ja ik kom zeker nog 1x terug. Ik heb inmiddels al verschillende kennisen op de hoogte gebracht en zij zijn ook weg van Roompot Beach Villa. 👌🤗

Sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder! Wir hatten im Vorhinein einige sehr negative Kommentare gesehen, grade im Bezug auf die Sauberkeit und den Zustand der Häuser. Diesen Eindruck können wir aber nicht bestätigen. Wir fanden die Unterkunft von der Größe, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit super. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Das Personal freundlich. Das einzige was eventuell verbesserungsfähig wäre, wäre ein Tor/oder einschiebbares Brett zwischen den Eingängen. Wir haben aber keine negativen Verfahrungen mit den Nachbarn gemacht. Es war alles gut👍wir werden wieder kommen.

Uniek strandverblijf Eerdere ervaring enkele jaren geleden was de woning in betere staat en daarmee ook schoner. De ligging van het huidige huisje vonden we ook minder fijn dan vorige keer. We misten heel erg horren in de deuren vanwege de grote hoeveelheid insecten op bepaalde dagen. Verder genoten van een fantastische locatie om aan zee te zijn. Dat blijft uniek.

Erster Urlaub in der StrandVilla Sehr nette Auskunft bei Ankunft. Kostenloses Parken und Kofferservice inklusive. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Schade, dass nicht beide Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet sind. Für 6 Erwachsene definitiv zu wenig Platz

Sehr schönes Haus Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Es hat an nichts gefehlt im Haus.

Fantastisch uitzicht Uitstekend verblijf huisje was erg schoon, alleen in het huisje troffen we heel veel kleine vliegjes aan deze hebben we zelf verwijderd met de stofzuiger. Misschien een tip plaats horren. Maar we hebben het reuze naar ons zin gehad wat een uitzicht.

Raus von Alltag & Entspannt am Strand 🏖️ Uns war wichtig das wir uns vom Alltag erholen konnten und das wurde sehr gut erfühlt
