The WIFI password is NOT in the kitchen as advertised on the brochures. Many people including friends I came with and stayed at other tiny houses did not have a clue where the password was. It is NOT in the kitchen. The password is ON THE INNER SIDE OF THE HIGH KITCHEN DOOR. It is practically impossible to find with the description in the kitchen, which would logically mean over the kitchen counter, where it is not! One needs to open every drawer and every door to find it. Waste of time!!!

It’s the 6th time we come to Banjaard and we were always happy with the houses, but this time it was not ok. The living room was to small for 10 people, there weren’t enough wine glasses of the same size, the cutlery wasen’t complete. But worst of all were the bathrooms, very old and dirty, also the toilets. The couch was disgusting, still full of doghair and repulsing stains, really not ok. In the washing machine, there were still hairs from the previous guests and the dryer was as old as methusalem. We paid a very high price, over 4000€, for a very disappointing house. We are really sad, because we always loved to come to the Banjaard parc.

We always aim to provide ample glassware and cutlery, so its a bummer to hear some pieces went on a little adventure. As for the bathrooms and couch, thats really not the kind of experience we want for our guests. Were genuinely sorry that we missed the mark on ensuring everything was spotless and up to date for you. Its definitely a wake-up call for us to double-check and refresh wherever necessary. We want to assure you that cleanliness and comfort are high on our list, and well be looking into how we can make sure everything is in tip-top shape for all our guests. While we dont have air conditioning, we hope the sea breeze kept things cool and comfy for you. Lastly, were glad to hear that youve previously enjoyed the park, and were on a mission to make sure that every visit, including your next one, is back to the standard youve loved before. We liked the new Tiny House concept but subject to our comments earlier in this survey about working out how to control the heating/cooling. We were disappointed when one of the bicycles we hired had a flat tyre and you had no adator to reinflate it!! This was our third visit to De Banjaard and we enjoyed our time here once again.

The heating in the house was not working on arrival. Though the problem was thankfully solved in the evening, the house still felt cold for a day or so. The house itself was not as clean as we are used to with Roompot. The kitchen utensils were dirty. It turned out that the dishwasher was not working properly, so that we ended up washing everything by hand.

Ik vond deze week juist wat ik nodig had, een rustig plekje in een mooie omgeving, uiterst geschikt voor mooie wandelingen en fietstochtjes en als bonus het strand. Het was er allemaal en ik kom zeer graag terug om er nog meer van te genieten. De blonde dame in de supermarkt die altijd open was voor een praatje, je bent een topper, thanks

Alles in allem immer wieder ein schöner Urlaub im Park. Das Haus war jetzt richtig Top. Die Lage des Parks so nah zum Strand ist einfach super.
