Parking

For each holiday accommodation up to 4 people, one parking space is available on site and for a holiday accommodation up to 9 people, there are two parking spaces available on site. 

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. Some holiday homes also have a private charging point. You can book these homes as a preference. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card that is accepted at Ecotap charging points. 

Public transport

If you want to travel using public transport, bear in mind the long walking distance from the bus stop to the holiday park.

From Middelburg train station, walk towards the bus stops. Board the Connexxion Bus 53 towards Domburg. Get off at the “Strandweg” bus stop in Koudekerke and continue the route on foot. You will reach your holiday destination Noordzee Résidence Dishoek after 30 minutes.

Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (bank statement, accept giro form with the bank’s stamp). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. 

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night. Visitors can park their vehicles in the car park by the swimming paradise.

Arrival

You are welcome at our park from 16.00 hours. You may check in on Mondays until 17.30 hours and on Fridays until 18.00. If circumstances prevent you from arriving during these times, please contact the Service point via telephone number 0031 (0)118 551 119.

Access to the park / holiday accommodation

The code that you previously received via email serves as a password for your holiday accommodation. You can drive directly through to your holiday accommodation upon arrival.

Navigation

The entrance of the resort is located on the Kaapduinseweg. You can use this road for your navigation system. You will see the holiday resort as soon as you enter this road.

Wi-Fi code

The login code of the free Wi-Fi can be found on the outside of the kitchen cabinet.

Departure

On the day of your departure, you must vacate the accommodation before 10:00 am. 

When you check out, the villa should be clean in accordance with the conditions listed in the cleaning set in your villa. After you check out, the cleaning service will inspect your holiday accommodation. In conjunction with this ‘final inspection’, we are obliged to charge you a deposit of € 65 per reserved accommodation per period. This amount will be refunded to your account during the week following your departure provided the accommodation was left in the condition stipulated in our terms, and provided we have your bank/giro account number in our system.
