General information

Due to coronavirus, we have received many requests for changing holiday dates. To make things a bit easier for you, in collaboration with the sector association HISWA-RECRON, the leisure voucher was created. The leisure voucher is a voucher which can be used to book a new holiday and has the same value as the travel sum already paid by you. This way you can choose another time to enjoy your well-deserved holiday.

Redeem your leisure voucher

Have you received an email from us with a leisure voucher that you want to redeem? Below you will find a short explanation of how this works.

  • Open the email attachment
  • Copy the leisure voucher code
  • Click on the link where you can redeem your voucher code
  • Select the desired holiday park and accommodation and continue
  • A field where you can enter the code will appear
  • Paste your leisure voucher code here
  • Continue and confirm the booking
  • Your code is redeemed once your booking has been confirmed

Frequently asked questions

  • What is the leisure voucher? 

    Due to the exceptional situation created by the coronavirus, this sector-wide leisure voucher has been introduced. The leisure voucher is a credit voucher. You can use this as an online means of payment to book another holiday because the originally booked stay at one of our parks cannot go ahead. The value of the leisure voucher is equal to the travel sum already paid.

    The leisure vouchers are no longer issued. However, you can use our rebooking guarantee. You can use the already issued leisure voucher as a means of payment for a new booking up to 12 months after the original arrival date with an arrival date of 30 September 2021 at the latest.
  • How does the leisure voucher work?

    You can use the leisure voucher as a means of payment for a new booking on our website, with an arrival date before 30 September 2021. You therefore book a new trip within 12 months of the original arrival date with an arrival date of 30 September 2021 at the latest. The leisure voucher is easy to redeem online. You use the link that you received with your leisure voucher.

    1. Click on the link underneath the voucher in the email attachment. This will take you to the offer page.

    2. You choose your desired holiday park and holiday home. Then select the desired arrival and departure dates.

    3. When making the booking, a screen appears automatically in which you enter the leisure voucher code. The amount of the voucher is now automatically deducted from the total amount.

    4. You fill in the remaining data and place the booking. The value of the leisure voucher expires after you have made the booking.

    The value of the leisure voucher is equal to the travel sum already paid and the voucher is valid for 12 months from the original date of arrival. The arrival date of this new holiday must be no later than 30 September 2021.

  • What are the advantages of the leisure voucher?

    - You can make a new booking yourself on our website. 

    - You can book at a time that suits you, up to 12 months after the original arrival date.  

    - Once again, you can choose from our full range with an arrival date until 30 September 2021.
  • How long will the leisure voucher remain valid?

    You can use the leisure voucher up to 12 months after your original arrival date to book a new stay with us. The exact date is stated on your leisure voucher and on the voucher page in My Roompot. The arrival date of the new trip must be no later than 30 September 2021.

    For example: you had booked a stay with an arrival date of 1 May 2020. Then you have until 30 April 2021 to book a new holiday with the voucher. The arrival date of this new holiday must be no later than 30 September 2021.

  • Do I have to spend the whole amount of the leisure voucher at once? 

    No, that is not necessary. You decide how you spend the value of the leisure voucher. If the cost of your new booking is less than the value of the leisure voucher, you will keep the remaining amount as a leisure voucher. We therefore recommend that you keep the leisure voucher in a safe place. Please note that the leisure voucher is valid up to 12 months after your original arrival date.
  • What is the value of the leisure voucher? 

    The value of the leisure voucher is equal to the travel sum you have already paid.

    Example: If you have only paid your first deposit of EUR 100, you will receive a voucher worth EUR 100.  

    You will find the value of the leisure voucher in the e-mail with the voucher and on the voucher page in My Roompot.
  • Can I use the leisure voucher for multiple bookings?

    The leisure voucher has the value of the travel sum already paid and does not need to be spent at once. You can indeed use the leisure voucher for multiple bookings, or for a restaurant cheque at the park.
  • With my leisure voucher, I have booked exactly the same holiday in 2021 as I did for the original stay in 2020. The price for this holiday in 2021 is now higher. Have you raised the prices?

    Our prices are based on supply and demand. If you have booked the same holiday home with the same number of guests and the same arrival period in 2021, you do not have to pay a possible price difference. If the new holiday is more expensive than the original one, please indicate this when booking on our website.
  • I haven't received my leisure voucher yet, but I have already made a new booking. Can you settle the leisure voucher with this?

    You can only use your leisure voucher for new bookings. We advise you to wait with booking until you have received the leisure voucher. As soon as you have received the voucher, you can make a new booking online.
  • The link in my email for redeeming the leisure voucher doesn't work. What should I do?

    If the leisure voucher link doesn't work, please contact the Guest Service. They'll be happy to help.
  • I have just moved house and have not received a leisure voucher yet. Is my address saved in your system correct?

    In principle, the leisure voucher will be sent by e-mail. Have you checked your e-mail? The e-mail may also have ended up in your spam folder. If you have not registered an e-mail address with us, you will receive the leisure voucher by post. If you do not know which address is registered for you, please contact our Guest Service.
  • I am not planning on going on holiday before 30 September 2021. Can you pay me the (remaining) value of the leisure voucher?

    It has been agreed with the Dutch Consumer and Market Authority (ACM) and the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs that you can receive the (residual) value of the leisure voucher. You can request this from 1 June 2021.
  • Can I give the leisure voucher to someone else?

    No, this is not possible. The leisure voucher is in your name. So you have to use the voucher yourself when making a new booking.
  • When I click on the link in the e-mail with the leisure voucher, I do not see the desired park appear. What should I do now?

    Please contact our Guest Service. They will be happy to help you.
  • I have already partially used the leisure voucher. Can you tell me how much credit is left on it? 

    If there is any credit remaining on your leisure voucher, you will have received an email after using the voucher to make your booking. You can consult this email for the voucher code and remaining credit on your leisure voucher. You can also find the remaining credit on your leisure voucher in MyRoompot, when a new booking is made, or when extras are booked. If you can't find the e-mail and don't have MyRoompot, please contact our Guest Service.
  • The leisure voucher I received is only for the value of the first payment, but I've just made a second payment. How did this happen and is the payment still valid?

    If you made a second payment after the request but before your leisure voucher was sent, the value of the voucher will be equal to your first payment. The second payment will then be refunded.
  • I have lost my leisure voucher. Can I get a new one?

    You can find your leisure voucher on the voucher page in My Roompot. Don't have My Roompot? Then please contact our Guest Service. We will gladly provide you with the leisure voucher again.
  • I've already booked a new holiday with the leisure voucher. Now I want to add extras. Can I use the leisure voucher to pay for them?

    Yes, you can. To do this, please contact our Guest Service.
  • Can I use a Roompot Holiday Gift together with the leisure voucher for a booking? 

    You can use the Holiday Gift with the leisure voucher. You can contact our Guest Service.
