Price
For dogs and cats, you pay a surcharge per night. The final cleaning is mandatory if you bring a pet. This mandatory final cleaning is sometimes included in the price of your stay.
Bringing an assistance dog
Good to know: different rules apply for assistance dogs. If all the holiday homes where dogs are allowed, are fully booked, your assistance dog is also welcome in a pet-free holiday home. You do not have to pay the usual pet surcharge. To register an assistance dog, please contact our Guest Service.
Bringing your pet to the Netherlands
When travelling to another country, travel documents are mandatory. The same is true for dogs and cats. So, please make sure you bring your pet's European pet passport. Take a dip, and discover the possibilities
Lake Neufchâteau offers ample opportunities for fun activities. In summer, you can do a variety of water sports activities such as kayaking or pedal boating here. On the other side of the lake on the shore, there are tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, mini-golf and a barbecue area. There are also plenty of cosy terraces nearby for a drink and a delicious bite to eat.
Would you like to spend a night with the stars?
You can, at the Observatoire Centre Ardenne. Learn to observe the sky using telescopes and take a trip through the universe. Make an appointment on the website, or just check the calendar for public events during your holiday.
Have you packed your riding boots yet?
If you're a horse lover and want to explore nature on horseback, you are most welcome at Les Cavaliers de Saint-Remacle. Tours are personalised based on your own level. Novice riders may also join the tour to explore the area.
Enjoy the magnificent view
Fancy a nice diversion or a brisk walk with some breathtaking views? Be sure to visit this 55-metre-long footbridge. If you just want nice diversions with head-turning views, it is wise to start from Cordemois Abbey, near Bouillon. From here, it is a 1-kilometre walk to the footbridge. For hard-core hikers who want to head out for the day, it's nice to make it a slightly longer walk, totalling 11.3 kilometres. You will also have to cross the bridge and encounter beautiful views on this walk.
