Bungalowpark Hoenderloo is a car free park. Parking is only allowed at the central car park. However, you can load and unload your car on arrival and departure days and then park it at the central car park.
Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.
For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products and cleaning instructions. If necessary, additional different instructions will be posted prominently in your accommodation.
Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night.
At our park, you can only pay digitally. We therefore no longer accept cash.
Arrival, access and check-in
You are welcome at our park from 4 p.m. onwards. If you arrive on another day or after closing time of the Service point, please contact the Service point on tel.: 0031 (0)553 781 808.
Departure & administrative handling
We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Leaving your holiday home neat and tidy
After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. We will return the deposit to your account within 7 days if the accommodation has been left tidy and damage-free, and the inventory is complete. If this is not the case, we will pay for the repairs or cleaning work using the deposit. We will always let you know.
